cleanliness around the workplace.different category of clients on the go.
The aim of setting up our Cleaning Services is to provide hygiene in every sector of the areas.
It moved to practically all markets and businesses around suffice with the focus cleaning
efforts once a week.
It could be on the beach, it could be at a picnic ground, it could be on a carnival ground, near
a campus, sports complex, as well as a religious crusade ground. All that we are concerned
about is to provide good quality food at a cheaper price to our highly esteemed customers.
Our intention is to build a mobile truck food business brand, which will help event organizers
worry less on how to provide a cafeteria where participants at their event can get lunch. Not
just event organisers we will also be available for people living in hostels and PGs who
would love to explore healthy home-made food items as well as fast food of their choices.
We will be providing separate kitchen space for people who would love to cook their own
meals under the guidance of our appointed chefs. Despite the fact that we will be based in
Ghaziabad, areas where we cover won’t be restricted to this city; we will definitely cover the
whole of NCR and even some neighbouring cities, as long as it is cost effective for us.
We will offer our customers the opportunity to either purchase our neatly packed foods or
give us their orders and we will prepare it whilst they wait. As already mentioned, customers
will also be provided separate kitchen space to prepare their own meals. We have perfected
our plans not to allow our clients wait longer than necessary when they place their special
orders. We will be diving our truck into two compartments for healthy and fast food
respectively.
6
Although we are a mobile food truck facility, we have our physical office facility (that
accommodates our administrative unit, kitchen and storeroom) in Noida. It is a place where
people can come in to make enquiries about our business and a place where we are able to
interface with our vendors and government officials’ etc.
Our meals will be prepared, served and sold at a pocket friendly price in a neat and hygienic
environment. The health of our customers is of topmost priority to us, which is why we do
not intend to leave any stone unturned when it comes to giving our clients the very best of
services.

INTRODUCTION
Cleaning Service has become an indispensable element of homes' and organizations' healthy
operation. While an individual or employee would be less than enthusiastic about the
opportunity to scrub the floor or take out the trash, cleaning service companies take upon
themselves these otherwise unpleasant but necessary activities. Industrial, commercial and
home cleaning services deliver an array of janitorial services. While large corporations with a
significant turnover might require daily attendance, small businesses would suffice with
focused cleaning efforts once a week.
As a general rule, where dust and garbage is being produced, cleaning becomes necessary.
Therefore, Cleaning Service has moved into practically all markets and businesses around the
globe. A few examples to places commonly relying on cleaning services are:
Medical facilities: satisfactory sanitary conditions are a prerequisite to their mere existence.
Offices: for a pleasant and organized working environment.
Educational facilities, Retail Stores, Banks, Galleries and showrooms, houses of worship,
government facilities and restaurants.
The most common cleaning services professional companies offer, include:
floor stripping, sealing and finishing including high-speed polishing, honing and grinding
Disinfecting, vacuuming, stair and elevator cleaning, entrance, reception area and foyer
cleaning, wiping doorknobs, telephones, switches and lights, air condition vent cleaning,
professional carpet and upholstery cleaning including steam cleaning, stain and odor removal,
emptying trash cans and ashtrays, Window and blinds cleaning, dusting desks, maintaining
bathrooms and kitchens.
A reputable Cleaning Service company should have the following arsenal of options:
· The provision of a twenty-four hour service.
· Valid insurance available upon request.
· Trained and professional cleaning personnel.
· Variety of custom tailored and budget-friendly services .

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths:
Market Demand:
14
Weakness:
Starting a food truck business is cheaper than any hotel or restaurant. But it doesn’t mean that
it would be penniless. Of course, you need a reasonable capital to buy a truck and other legal
fees to fulfil basic permit requirements. These costs vary from country to country and state to
state.
The basic food ingredients are becoming costly, and food truckers have to offer the meal at a
lower price so that they could differentiate themselves from the competitors and attract the
price-conscious market. If they do that, it will barely meet their expenses.
Less Experience
If you’re new in the food truck business, then you would have less experience how to handle
day to day issues. Because it’s a moving food business, you would face all kinds of people
ranging from rich to poor and humble to rude people. How to handle them and keep
generating profit is an art that would take you some time to learn.
Lack of Information
There are things about the market, cooking style and method in the moving food truck, and
information about the route and timing at different places. No one would provide you with
such information; you must learn these things by yourself by staying active in the market.
Your competitors have this information edge over you, and they would keep using it against
you as long as you don’t learn it.
Opportunities:
Emerging Business
The food truck business falls in the category of recently emerging businesses. The market is
competitive, but it hasn’t become overcrowded with the competition. There’s enough share in
15
the market for the newcomers to enjoy. If they provide quality service and perform well, then
they can attract a good chunk of market share.
The clubs and local bars offer only drinks. If we make deals with them that we would provide
the meal in the evening or at night by staying standby behind their club. It’s a great
opportunity for the bars and clubs to expand their menu and attract new customers. If we
present it well, it’s highly probable that they would take our deal and become partners with
us.
In the end, it all comes down to the quality of food and its taste. If we have the ability and
talent to experiment with new ideas by adding new flavours and tastes to our food. If
customers like it, then we win the market share as long as we keep on providing quality
service.
16
Mobile App & Website
Since we’re living in the era of technology, having a website of our brand and offering a
mobile application to your customers would be a plus. However, it would benefit us when we
open our restaurant or start a delivery service during the weekends. If the taste of our food is
good, then people would leave good reviews, and they would attract more new customers.
Bigger Market
The food market is big, and we all must eat to live. In the era of capitalism and technology,
people are busy in their lives doing their jobs and they don’t have much time to visit fancy
restaurants, except the wealthy people. However, the target market for food truckers is most
ordinary workers. If we offer them quality service at a low price, then they would buy food
from us every day.
COVID-19
The lockdown because of Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents a new opportunity for the food
truckers. Since people are stuck at home, and all the hotels and restaurants are closed. The
food trucks are like a delivery service, they can provide food to people in their doorsteps.
THREATS:
Legal Requirement
Some countries and states don’t allow permits to food trucks easily. In fact, their legal
requirements are a bit difficult to comply and they vary from state to state. Moving around
the city in the food truck offering food to everyone without acquiring a permit could result in
a serious lawsuit from the government. Therefore, it’s necessary to have a license before
moving around.
17
Easy to duplicate.
Since there are no copyrights involved. A competitor can come into the market, steal your
recipe, and offer the same product and taste but under a different brand name. This
competitor would steal your market share, and you won’t be able to do anything.
Some people are very hygiene conscious, and you have to be very careful about the
cleanliness of food and your truck. If they see anything unhygienic, then they would spoil the
minds of others and you lose your business as a result. The cleaner you are in terms of food,
clothes, and your truck, the more customers you would attract.
18
COMPETITORS ANALYSIS:
1. A good example of a direct competitor for a food truck is another food truck or fast
casual restaurant that sells the same style of cuisine.
2. When dealing with direct competitors’ consumers will consider price point and
service level when deciding which truck to order from. However, not all customers
will choose the same combination of those options. This is essentially why
competition exists. By setting up our menu to offer a unique mix of options we will be
able to reach a different type of consumer. Understanding where our direct
competitors are positioned is key to identifying the gaps that our business can fill.
3. Indirect competitors are a little more difficult to categorize in the food truck industry.
Although a restaurant may sell the same type of cuisine that we, if they’re classified
as a fine-dining establishment, we likely won’t be competing for the same customers.
4. Most of our indirect competitors will be the food trucks that serve different types of
cuisine as we. The problem being that they charge similar prices and operate in the
areas we are planning to work.
5. No matter what we serve from our food truck, all food trucks face indirect
competitors. By considering all the way our customers’ needs can be satisfied (in our
case feeding their hunger), and creating a strategy for handling that competition, we
will be able to create an advantage over other food business owners who believe they
are unique and have no indirect competitors.
19
MARKETING PLAN
The process of starting up
Not as streamlined as starting a restaurant, starting a food truck business requires us to
navigate a few crucial steps.
Truck, equipment and raw materials: Food trucks are customized commercial vehicles
and come in different shapes and sizes. A brand-new commercial truck to use as the
base of our food truck business would cost us between ₹4 – ₹5 lakhs. Along with
that, kitchen equipment such as a kitchen chimney, stove, cutlery, utensils, and other
items can run us another₹2 – ₹3 lakhs. Finally, raw materials to cook our meals
would cost depending on what we serve.
Deciding a menu: Something about food truck spells comfort food, whatever that
might be in our city. Adding a new twist to classics (that everyone will want to eat
regularly) is a great idea. We are sure to design our menu keeping in mind that people
are likely to eat our food on the go. So, food that is easy to carry and is not messy to
eat.
Insurance: Insurance is an important step, to take account for possible risks and
liabilities.
Billing & POS: Using POS is an important part of running a food truck, as it helps our
store data which can come in handy while suggesting repeated orders and collecting
customer feedback. Very good POS (that does more than just billing) can cost
between ₹24,000 – ₹50,000.
20
Marketing costs: Marketing is vital for our food truck to succeed and attract
customers, and there are various steps that need to be followed in order to
successfully market our product. Using marketing methods suitable for our food truck
business would run us almost ₹40,000 (per month).
Staff: we’ll need to hire a few staff members (when our food truck business takes
flight) and pay for their uniform (if any), and salaries. This figure can vary with the
number of people you rope in, but assuming you take in 3 people, you’d need a little
over ₹40,000, (per month) for salaries and additions.
Licensing: Since a food truck is a business, it is important to note that one would need
several licenses to begin.
Food license: For starters, the FSSAI license (Food Safety and Standards Authority of
India) is required, since a food truck is essentially a food business. The same
standards related to the availability of safe and wholesome foods for human
consumption need to be followed, and businesses with an annual turnover of ₹12
lakhs or more are required to obtain this license.
21
Name and tagline:
The name of our food truck is the first thing that customers will look at, and thus, it needs to be
catchy. Thus, we have decided to name our Food Truck as “DUSTBUSTERS”. In today’s world,
using basic names rarely works; the name of our food truck needs to have a punch, while at the same
time, it must inform the people about what exactly we are selling. The tagline, which we have decided
is The name and tagline of our food truck captures the spirit of our food and service.
22
Design and logo:
Our Food Truck design and logo are visual representations of what we are offering to the
masses. While there are many ways to go about it, our design should be such that it works
best on both posters and packaging. It is important to keep in mind that the usage of colours
is an important aspect of your design and logo, and thus, it is always wise to hire or take the
help of a professional designer to get this done.
There are several ways to market our product to potential customers, and we can take
advantage of a combination of those to achieve your business goals and reach more
customers. We must choose what works best for our brand.
In today’s times, however, it is necessary to promote our food truck business through the
following means:
1. Website and application: A website describes everything about the business- its story,
products and services offered, available discounts, etc. Using these means are a great
way to reach more people outside our designated geographical zone and educate
people about our food truck. Mobile applications make ease of access easier for
customers, due to their generally user-friendly interfaces. And a well-designed
website that allows our customers to place orders for pick-up is a good idea to start off
with.
23
2. Search engine visibility or “food trucks near me”: People keep Googling queries like
“food trucks near me” or “food trucks in Muradnagar” all the time. It is important to
make sure our website ranks higher in search engine searches, using proper keywords
or paid campaigns. Ranking higher in search engines allows more and more people to
view our website and click on them, thereby garnering more attention.
3. Social media marketing or “sliding into Dm’s”: Social media websites will be our
friend when it comes to promoting our product. Sites like Facebook, Instagram, and
Twitter allow us to buy ads for a reasonable price, thereby helping you promote our
work further.
4. Apart from these online means to promote our food truck business, we should look to
take advantage of a few traditional methods as well. With food trucks businesses, the
following tools of promotions would work the best.
5. Fliers and posters: Fliers and posters are effective for local communication. We could
distribute fliers and put-up posters in neighbourhoods that we visit frequently or get
more sales from. We could do this ahead of time so that we have a long line of
customers when we visit.
6. Promotional offers: Offering customers benefits such as a discount or buy 2 get 1
free is a sure-fire way to gain new customers and popularity. We may also
offer loyalty points and coupons that offer a free meal after a set number of purchases,
to look for long term customers.
24
OPERATIONAL PLAN
Food trucks provide an opportunity for people to get a variety of meal options and quickly experience
new kinds of cuisines in convenient locations. And at a time when outdoor dining and social
distancing has become more prevalent, mobile food service can be a promising, flexible, and
ultimately rewarding small business idea for innovative, independent entrepreneurs.
Whether we accumulate savings, get a small business loan, or secure investors, we will keep
in mind that while food trucks may be cheaper than opening a restaurant, they can still
require a sizable financial investment.
We can rent a food truck instead of buying a new one, refurbish a used model by customizing
it for our business, or even opt for a van, cart, or trailer for our business. Whichever option
we choose, we will make sure it fits our budget and goals.
Install all commercial equipment needed such as a POS system, stainless steel counters,
refrigerators, fryers, multi-well sinks, lighting, and flat-top grills. If a custom vehicle wrap for
signage is out of our price range, we will install a menu board and use a vehicle decal
instead.
We will do a lot of research and the decide on our chosen operating range. Events such as
festivals, fairs, and parades can help us get our feet wet. In addition, checking local event
boards and social media for new location opportunities, and reaching out to shopping centres,
offices, bars, and pubs to form potential partnerships. If we don’t want to travel, however, we
will consider renting a paid space in a food truck park or business lot.
Step 4: Making Sure Our Permits and Licenses, and Are Up to Code
25
Next, we will find out how much it costs and what it takes to apply for licenses and permits
for the areas in which you’ll be operating. Fees may vary depending on the locality and state.
Finally, we will be prepared for health inspections by making sure our food truck is
thoroughly cleaned, food is properly labelled and stored, equipment and evacuation safety
measures are being observed, and that we have adequate ventilation and running water.
To get ahead of the process, we can create and regularly use our own digital checklist for
self-inspection.
The most successful food trucks tend to have a unique take on food—often by serving a
signature dish—and a passion for sharing it with others.
Fast: we will lose customers to long lines if we can’t serve food promptly.
Filling: Save the artful chef plates for our future restaurant; food truck menu items need to be
substantial.
Flavourful: Have we tested our menu out with others? Would we order it ourselves? Let our
menu evolve. If an item isn’t selling, replace it.
Fairly priced: For the quality and amount of food we are offering, what’s a fair price to
charge? Assessing our location, dishes, and competitors, and we will be adjusting our prices
accordingly.
Whether in cities, suburbs, or rural areas, social media marketing can be a powerful tool for
announcing our launch and building our food truck fan base. Using platforms like Twitter,
Facebook, and Instagram to promote our launch to our respective networks and inform them
about where we will be located. We will use these platforms to post clear, attractive imagery
of our dishes and featured menu items, and to plug any launch promotions.
The road to success in the food truck industry can be fraught with financial and logistical
challenges. But as a sense of economic optimism pervades, it could be timely and beneficial
to make your culinary break in a mobile operation—especially considering the flexibility,
26
independence, and room for innovation it affords. If we budget, plan, and prepare accordingly
using the outlined steps above, we can launch a unique, memorable dining experience that
will hopefully attract an array of customers and keep them lining up for more.
27
HR Plan
Human resources are probably one of the more complicated aspects of running a food truck. The
complexities of hiring and supervising employees don’t fit nicely on a spreadsheet. Yet human
resources are incredibly important; employee pay, and benefits make up a large percentage of a food
truck’s operating expenses.
There would be two departments in our Food Truck–The fast/junk food department and the heathy
food department, also the kitchen space that we would be providing to our customers for cooking their
own meals will have chefs’ availability. Thus, the human resource for our Food Truck business would
be unique to our various departments. The employee count would depend upon the number of
customers we will be dealing with; however we would appoint 2 chefs along with 2 helpers.
Maintaining a complete and comprehensive set of employee files is one of the most important
things a food truck owner can do to limit their liability as a small business owner. Properly
kept employee files can help us stay organized, reduce workers comp claims, lawsuits and
even decreases in our insurance premiums. This includes resumes, reviews, disciplinary
action, training verification, evaluations, payroll details, and so on. You’ll use this file often.
Employee Medical Records – These files will be containing notes from doctors, disability
information, and any medical information that we have on an employee. This information
needs to be separate from general files so we will keep them in a locked and secure place.
Every food truck must have an employee handbook. Our handbook serves two important
purposes: letting our employees know what we expect of them, and protecting our business in
case there is an internal or legal dispute.

CONCLUSION:
If we are exploring a food truck business idea, know that it’s not all easy. There are setup
costs, licenses and permits to navigate. On top of marketing our food truck business, building
our brand and gaining followers. But it also is a good entry into the food business world with
lesser risks and financial burden. Most of all, it is a good way to give shape to our dreams of
having a food business.
And being outdoors, seeing customers smile, travelling and doing what you love, is a bonus.
Despite its challenges and regulations by the city or county, the food truck business is
booming, and it will continue to do so in the future. Entrepreneurship is on the rise, and this
industry in food and beverages requires little initial investment. This makes investing in a
food truck business lucrative as it has many other opportunities for expansion in less time.
