The House of Abhinandan Lodha is India’s largest branded land developer, making purchasing
land easy, safe and transparent. We are based out of Mumbai.

The company was started in 2021 and since then we have already sold more than 70 lakh sq.ft
of land across all our projects. The company has had a turnover of 2000 crore in 2023-24. We
are aiming to achieve 6000 cr of business this year

We have projects across India in Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya and coastal region of Maharashtra at
Dapoli & Anjarle which are beach destinations.

customers are HNIs and UHNIs.

our Ayodhya project. We have 250+ customers from Hyderabad already.

Our projects are spread across huge land parcels ranging from 30 acres to 100acres+
developments.

We work with more than 10,000 + channel partners across India. In any given project our
channel partners earn anywhere between Rs.4 lakh to as high as Rs.7 crore. The Channel
partner business has earned more than Rs.40 crores of brokerages in the last 12 months. 70%
of our business comes from channel partners.

Our selling model is very simple and easy for both CPs and customers. Our entire model is
virtual selling. There are no hassles of site visit, travel etc. Our Land wealth experts pitch to the
customers over a video call showcase our project, product through immersive experience.

We also support & enable our channel partners with top notch marketing collaterals and digital
and tele calling outreach.
