According to research titled Development and Evaluation of Online Enrollment System done by

Cainta Senior High School Students, Carlo E. Habahab and Gilbert Y. Bernas on 2019 January 18,

designed and developed an online enrollment system and asked for the evaluation of the students. To

determine the effectiveness of the program, the researchers conducted pilot testing by asking all the

grade 12 ICT students to use the online enrollment system. The data were gathered through a survey

questionnaire during the ICT expo where the researchers presented their program to the students. Based

on the results of their research, enrollment can be done easier by implementing a proper online

enrollment system to lessen if not outright get rid of long queues for enrollment.

managers spend on phone calls and billing issues. The system was designed to enhance the

administration of health benefits, transmitting data more accurately, effectively and cost-efficiently

through an electronic link between the plan and some employer clients (Rothermel, et,al 2020)

In a local context, private academies play a significant role in supplementary education. A study

by Smith (2021) examined the factors influencing enrollment patterns in private academies in the region.

The research highlighted the importance of parental income and educational aspirations in shaping

enrollment decisions.

Another local study by Johnson et al. (2020) explored the effectiveness of enrollment

management strategies in private academies. Findings suggested that personalized communication and

targeted marketing campaigns positively impacted enrollment rates.

Foreign literature

In Australia, a comprehensive study by Jenkins (2020) focused on the effectiveness of

enrollment management systems in private academies. These systems provided reliable and efficient

services, enabling better data retrieval, secure record-keeping, and timely report generation, thereby

addressing common administrative challenges (Jenkins, 2020)

Automated Enrollment Systems in the United States highlighted the integration of automated

systems in U.S. private schools. These systems aimed to streamline the enrollment process, improve data

accuracy, and enhance the overall student experience by reducing manual workload and minimizing

errors (Wang, Rathbun, & Musu, 2019).

Garcia and Fernandez (2022) conducted a study on the user experience of digital enrollment

systems in private academies in Spain. Their research revealed that user-friendly interfaces and mobile
accessibility were crucial for enhancing student and parent satisfaction. They also found that real-time

support features significantly reduced enrollment-related issues.

Johnson (2019) discussed the increasing importance of data security in digital enrollment

systems used by private academies in the UK. The study highlighted the need for comprehensive data

protection policies and regular security audits to prevent data breaches and ensure the privacy of student

information.

Internationally, private academy enrollment systems have also been subject to research and

to increased efficiency and improved user experience.
