theories and knowledge learned in the classroom, to real-world situations.

Science Lab activities

The lab offers various opportunities for students to think creatively, develop techniques,
and explore their interests. This way students get hands-on experience, foster curiosity,
encourage creativity, improve memory – becoming more focused, gain better concentration
levels, and develop critical analysis skills.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP
Turning potential into leadership
Meru nurtures true leadership, emphasizing guidance over authority. Through the MCLAP program and classroom
activities, students’ leadership skills are honed. They organize inter-school events like Model United Nations
and Merutsav and lead in sports and co-scholastic activities. The active Student Council, elected through a
rigorous process, collaborates on school events and addresses student concerns. Leadership seminars like
“Meru Utthan”, connects school prefects with esteemed figures to enhance their leadership skills.
Research oriented activities
Learning is made fun through real-life scenarios in classrooms. Children are taught a variety
of out-of-school topics, after which they present their research findings, e-commerce,
online banking, mock budget sessions, presentation on company accounts, and also
their road to how they are analyzed through ratios. This helps students to face the real
world with confidence.

STUDENT WELLBEING
Learning to be prepared for the world outside
Meru recognizes the challenges of growing up and adolescence, hence we approach students with empathy. Our three-fold
counseling program includes one-on-one emotional check-ins, seminars, and group sessions on various aspects of
balanced growth, and responsive counseling as needed. We prioritize a nurturing and secure environment, implementing
safety protocols, drills, and vigilant staff. Our holistic commitment to student well-being extends beyond the classroom, with
initiatives like the Safety Club and School Counseling Cell providing avenues for self-expression and self-actualization,
ensuring a happy and secure educational journey.

Our Parent Connect Program establishes strong bonds and fosters open communication between
parents and MERU. With a dedicated team that responds to concerns within 24 hours, we
believe that the connection between home and school forms a vibrant community of learners.

educational experience. For our younger students, the Meru Nipun Talks connect them with experts
within our parent community, covering a wide range of topics, from personal hygiene to global cultures.

For our senior students, expert lectures by parents working in various industries provide valuable insights.
Additionally, we offer one-on-one counseling sessions for students and their parents with our school career
counselors to explore future avenues.

CORPORATE SOCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)
CSR can work in a variety of ways. Some schools adopt green practices, where students
are taught about the importance of nature and are asked to plant trees. Other schools
make generous donations to charitable causes or help fundraise on their behalf. Meru
takes it a step further and leads by example. For Meru, it is about giving back to society
in any way possible.

Daan Utsav
This is a week-long celebration where Meru teaches students the importance of empathy.
The school educates them on why the helping staff at schools all over the world is an
integral part of the system, and they are thanked for their services. Daan Utsav is also a
reminder to the children about the privilege that they are born with and in order to show
their gratitude for all the support and help, children donate essential items to all the helping
staff in school.
