(A) View PLC - Additional Premium will be charged on the basis of Ref. Super Area @ Rs. 125/- per Sq.ft. on unit no. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 2. Price are firm and escalation free.
3. Prices/Payment Plan are subject to revision/withdrawl at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
27, 28, 29 4. Power Back up above 1 KVA, upto 10 KVA to be charged at Rs. 20,000 per KVA.
(A) Corner PLC - Additional Premium will be charged on the basis of Ref. Super Area @ Rs. 75/- per Sq.ft. on unit no. 4, 5, 12, 14, 21, 22, 29, 30 5. Prices running on the date of booking and accepted by the company shall be applicable.
(C) Club membership - One time Rs.150000 6. The price list is for comparative purpose only. The Apartment shall be sold on lump sum price. This break-up is only for calculation/comparative purpose
7. GST (Goods and Services Tax) as prescribed by the Government from time to time shall be charged over and above the Basic Price/Additional Charges/One time
(D) Car Parking Charges.
(i) Additional Single Covered Mechanical Car Parking Space Rs. 250000/- 8. The Registration Charges, Stamp duty, legal documentation charges and any other govt. levies, demand, charges etc. are in addition to the aforementioned price and

10. It is the responsibility of the customer/allottee to pay TDS on each demand raised (excluding GST) if property is worth Rs. 50 Lakh and above.
