    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

    This Social Media Management Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on

    [October 04, 2023] (the "Effective Date") by and between [Sparrox Solutions], with its principal place of

    business, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and Miss Shaheera, with a principal hereinafter

    referred to as the "Client."

    1. Scope of Services

    The Company agrees to provide social media management services to the Client, including but not

    limited to:

    ● Content Creation: Developing 15 engaging and relevant content for the Client's social media
    platforms, including text & images
    ● Posting and Scheduling: Regularly posting and scheduling content on the Client's specified
    social media platforms according to an agreed-upon content calendar.
    ● Community Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and
    interactions on the Client's social media accounts to foster engagement and positive
    relationships.
    ● Analytics and Reporting: Providing regular performance reports and analytics on the
    effectiveness of the social media campaigns and strategies.

    2. Duration

    This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for an initial term of one

    months. After the initial term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one month

    periods, unless terminated by either party with written notice prior to the end of the current term.

    3. Compensation

    In consideration for the services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to pay the Company a

    monthly fee of 35,000, payable in advance on the October 04, 2023 of each month.

    4. Client Responsibilities The Client shall provide the Company with access to the necessary social

    media accounts and any relevant brand materials. The Client shall also collaborate with the Company

    in the development of the content strategy and provide timely feedback and approvals.
    5. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared

    during the course of this Agreement.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content created by the Company for the Client's social media accounts shall remain the intellectual

    property of the Client. The Company retains the right to showcase the work for promotional purposes.

    7. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material

    term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the

    termination date.

    8. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without

    regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    9. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject

    matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, negotiations, and

    agreements, whether oral or written.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
