 Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science / related technical field


OR equivalent additional professional experience.
 Above 15 + years of IT experience (Architect experience preferred) with at least 7+
years of experience in Training/ solutioning on SQL, Python and Data Warehousing
in global organizations.

❖ Mandatory Technical Skills

· Must be Specialist with hands on knowledge in Data Analytics & AI skills including
o Python
o SQL
o Tableau / PowerBI
o Spark , Hive, Kafka, Spark streaming, Spark SQL
o Advanced SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
o SME in the ETL concepts and Data Management (tool agnostic)
o Cloud (Azure / AWS) certified
o Should be able to handle Machine Learning, AI trainings
· Very good experience with writing complex SQL queries and its variation among
popular databases. Advanced SQL with Triggers, Functions and Procedures
· Experience with some of the modern relational databases.
· Expert knowledge of Python and related framework including Django and Flask.
Must have knowledge in writing scalable code using Python.
Must have a deep knowledge in data warehousing and ETL concepts like OLAP,
OLTP, Schemas etc.
· Knowledge and experience in using GIT
· Knowledge in Databricks is added advantage

❖ Mandatory Non-Technical Skills

· Must be a problem solver with analytical skills who has the ability to clarify and
simplify complex problems to deliver workable solutions
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to deliver course material with full Confidence.

 Responsibilities and Duties:

 To Prepare and Deliver course material through lectures/sessions as per the pre-
decided curriculum.
 To prepare and assess associates through Multiple choice Questions (MCQ) with a
definitive question bank
 To Prepare Caselets/Case studies and Capstone Projects to Inline with the Concepts in
the Training.
 Post capstone interview and evaluation and share a qualitative feedback along with
MCQ + capstone score that summarizes the total understanding of the associate post
the training completion
 Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes based on past classroom
experiences.
 To be able to simplify concepts and mentor both groups and individuals depending
upon their existing understanding of the topic.
 To deliver interactive sessions (online /offline) by encouraging interaction through in
class and Evaluate the Learners and Share the Feedback to Empower the Learners.
