    Gadget Payment Agreement Plan

    Parties Involved: This agreementis entered into between Ma. Alexandrina Daniela, hereinafter referred to as the
    "Seller", and ________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".

    Effective Date: This Agreement shall commence on June 9, 2024.

    Gadget Description: The Buyer agrees to purchase Iphone 11 128 GB Brand New and Sealed from the Seller.

    Payment Plan:

    1. The total cost of the gadget(s) is P27,990, payable in six (6) equal installments of P4,665 each.
    2. Payments shall be made on the __ day of each month, starting from July to December 2024 until the total
    amount is settled.
    3. Payment shall be made in [Gcash, Cash or BPI].

    Late Fee:

    1. In case of late payment, the Buyer shall incur a late fee of thirty pesos (PHP 30) per day for each day that
    the payment remains outstanding beyond the monthly due date. Fee can be waived if the buyer advised for
    the late payment 3 days prior.

    Non-Payment:

    1. Failure to make payment for a period exceeding [20] days from the due date shall be considered a breach of
    this Agreement.
    2. In the event of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to repossess the gadget(s) and terminate this
    Agreement.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. The Buyer agrees to maintain the gadget(s) in good condition during the term of this Agreement.
    2. The Buyer shall be responsible for any costs associated with damage to the gadget(s) during the term of this
    Agreement.
    3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement with prior written notice to the Buyer.
