Preliminaries:
The secretary was absent due to unforeseen circumstances, Ms. Wilma A. Caasi will
prepare the minutes of the meeting. Ms. Jasmin Pastor introduce herself again for those who
did not attend last meeting.

Proceedings:
1. Ms Jasmin Pastor discuss the upcoming event the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair
which be held on November 25-26, 2023. The rooms will be utilized on the said events.
The discussant requests their support and service to this event.
2. Due to Bagong Pilipinas Sebisyo fair the face to face class will be suspended and it will
shift into Alternative Delivery Mode starting November 22-24 2023. The discussant
advice the parents to monitor and guide their children to answer the different activities
given in different Subjects.
3. Ms. Jasmin Pastor and Ms. Wilma A. Caasi presented the projects that the parents
agreed last meeting which is electric fan and CCTV. The total donations is 3,150
pesos. The electric fan cost 1699 which is buy one take one and the CCTV cost 1,584
pesos. The total cost of the projects is 3,283 pesos.
4. Ms. Jasmin Pastor presented the academic awardees for the First quarter as follows;

5. The teacher distributes the card one by one. Remind the parents regarding the grades
of their children came from different teachers.
6. The parents agreed to donate two floor wax every month for the maintenance of the
room. And agreed on the school PTA meeting they will pay the membership fee to the
treasurer and the teacher will not hold any money on the said membership fee.

Preliminaries:
The secretary was absent due to unforeseen circumtances, Ms. Wilma A. Caasi will
prepare the minutes of the meeting. Ms. Jasmin Pastor introduce herself again for those who
did not attend last meeting.

Proceedings:
1. Ms. Jasmin Pastor reiterated the objectives of Project Dear/Cath up Fridays. She
encourages parents to motivate their children to attend every Friday. She discussed
that all their subject teachers scheduled every Friday will still meet the students. She
also asked the parents if they have available books at home and let their children
bring during Friday.
2. Ms. Jasmin Pastor conferred about School Memo No. 49, s 2023 stated on paragraph
2 wearing of uniform is not required among learners, their attire should reflect respect
for the school as an institution of learning. Students also discouraged from wearing
expensive designer brands or flashy cloths, tight fitting pants/blouse/skirts, mini-
skirts, shorts, blouses with plunging necklines, hip-hop pants and sleepwear. She
also discussed the suggested attire. Also stated in paragraph 2 that students should
wear school ID all the times during class hours/office hours.
Ms. Pastor discussed that students discouraged to stay in the room during lunch
break to prevent consuming of electricity as well as prohibited to charge cellphones.
The parents asked permission if their children may stay in the room during
lunchbreak provided that they will not consume any electricity during that time. She

[email protected] encourages parents and students to remind their children to full charged their
cellphones before going to school.
3. Ms. Pastor reminded parents that Manners and Discipline start at home. She asked
the parents to guide their children well. And to nurture their children with good
discipline. She reminded parents their role to check the social media of their children
to prevent from bullying. She told to parents that teachers can never water a seed that
they never planted. She reported that as of February 10, 2024, Grade 8 Forbearance
had 0 learners brought to disciplining committee/guidance office.
4. Ms. Pastor reported to the parents the summary of attendance from November 20,
2023 to February 8, 2024 individually. She reminded parents that they should send
excuse letter if their children are absent to notify the subject teachers and adviser.
Also reiterated that they maybe excuse in the class but not with the activities and
lesson given that day. So, the students must comply immediately when they will come
to school.

6. She also reported the class standing of the learner individually as she gives the card.
7. Mr. Fayloga proposed that the parents may donate 2 floor waxes every month for the
maintenance of the room.
Ms. Pastor reinstated the agreed discussion on the General PTA which is every
classroom must have representative for Search of INHS King and Queen for the
upcoming foundation. She asked the support of the parents on the said activity. The
parents agreed to share for the registration amounting Php 1,000.00 by pair. The
representatives are Ms. Ryesha Unique Melad and Mr. Ron Hudson Irlanda.

Due to conflict of activities and lack of room to convene Ms. Pastor just distributed and give
updates individually

Proceedings:
1. Due to conflict of activities the teacher just distributed the card and give one on one
updates to the parents regarding the student’s progress.
2. The teacher also reiterates discipline to the students that discipline starts at home.
3. The teacher also distributed certificates for the 3rd quarter academic awardees.
4. The teacher also discussed the scheduled of CAVRAA activities. Some of the students
are mass demo dancers and they must sign the Parent consent.
5. The teacher also discussed the ADM scheme for their guidance. Reiterates the parents
to follow their child during the ADM schedule.
6. The teacher asked some of the parents to donate cleaning materials because some of
the cleaning materials especially the rooms was used for billeting.
