IMPORTANT EXCEL

SHORTCUTS
• Ctrl + W: To close all files
• Ctrl + N: To open new files
• If shift +: To select column cells
• Ctrl + D : To copy and paste all things
• Window + +: For zoom in
• Window + - : For zoom out
• Ctrl + Home: To go to A1
• Ctrl + G
• F5 Go to

5. Shift + mouse click: Till where we want to select then

Ans → It will only add the salary of UP cause of UP criteria

2. D count :-
= dcount (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will only count the salary of UP cause of UP criteria
UP = Shilpa
UP = 10,000
UP = 30,000
Ans → 2
3. D counta :-
= dcounta (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will also count the salary of UP only cause of UP criteria
Note :- There is only one difference between d count & d counta
that d count always counts only the numbers but d counta counts
both the numbers & text. If list range is
UP = Shilpa
UP = 10,000
UP = 30,000
Ans → 3
4. D min :-
=d min (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will show the minimum value of UP cause of UP
criteria → 10,000
5. D max :-
= dmax (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will show the maximum value of UP criteria
=30,000
6. D average :-
= daverage (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will show the average of UP cause of UP criteria
=20,000
7. D product :-
= dproduct (database, field, criteria)
Ans → It will show the product of UP cause of UP criteria
= 300000000
8. D get :-
= dget (database, field, criteria)
We can search not only in salary field by the help of dget, Infact we
can search in any field by the help of dget.

Like :- City, Name, Salary etc.


NOTE :- The record should be unique to dget formula, in the cause
of duplication dget formula will not execute
