2 Lbs Uncooked elbow macaroni
10 Oz Grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 Eggs
8 Oz Sour cream
10.75 Oz Can cheddar cheese condensed
soup
4 Tablespoons Butter
½ Teaspoon Salt
8 Oz Whole milk
½ Teaspoon Dry mustard
½ Teaspoon Pepper
Vegetable oil cooking spray

Equipment needed:
13X9” baking dish
2-quart sauce pan

Directions (number the steps):

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13X9” baking dish with vegetable oil
cooking spray.
2. Boil macaroni in a 2-quart sauce pan until tender. About 8 minutes. Drain.
Return macaroni to sauce pan and add 2 cups of the cheese. Stir until the
cheese melts. Next add the eggs, sour cream, soup, butter, salt, milk,
mustard, and pepper. Stir until mixed
3. Pour the macaroni mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the
remaining cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes, until browned and bubble

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Directions for Portioning, plating and garnishing: Serves 12. Serve in a large
bowl.

Directions for cooling, cleaning up and storing leftovers: Allow to come to room
temperature before refrigerating.
