    The one-piece all steel welded


    construction makes the BC3-6560
    chassis very rugged while its wide and
    low profile frame provide a stable
    machine. Extra-wide hinged type hoods
    and removable covers, as well as a
    sensible layout of major components
    and service points, allow for exceptional
    maintenance and service access.

    The ergonomically designed operator


    enclosure features a complete
    instrument panel, a foot throttle for
    operator friendly speed control, a
    forward and reverse pedal control, a
    main electric shut-o" switch and a
    heavy duty suspension seat with
    retractable seat belt.

    Kubota liquid cooled V2403-CR-TIE4B
    with 65hp is a perfect match for the
    three wheel hydrostatic drive. The Final
    Tier IV engine is equipped with glow
    plugs and an overheat and low pressure
    shut down device.

    Transmission
    The Danfoss 40 series hydrostatic pump
    combined with Poclain MS05 series
    drive motors is the perfect match to
    give you the most e#cient machine
    possible. The hydrostatic system include
    a high quality pressure filter to increase
    life expectancy.

    Brakes
    The forklift uses the hydrostatic as main
    braking system and a spring applied and
    hydraulic release emergency / parking
    brake. Using the hydrostatic as brakes
    gives you a maintenance free system.

    Chassis
    The one-piece all steel welded
    construction makes a very rugged and
    rigid chassis. Wide and low profile
    frame provides a stable machine.
    Exceptional maintenance and service
    access, due to extra-wide hinged type
    hoods and removable covers, as well as
    sensible layout of major components
    and service points.

    Mast
    The three-stage free lift mast is
    standard. The use of Thrust Blocks
    made of high strength and low friction
    thermoplastic material in the horizontal
    carriage, rotator and carriage side load
    increase the life cycle. These Thrust
    Blocks can sustain greater impacts than
    conventional expensive to maintain
    roller systems. Both lift chains are of
    multiple-leaf construction with
    convenient adjustment points. The
    hoses for carriage attachments and
    free lift cylinder are mounted inside the
    mast rails for maximum protection.

    Carriage
    The 43-1/2″ wide high-capacity pin type
    carriage with rotator is standard. The
    20-degree clockwise and 35-degree
    counterclockwise rotator uses the high
    strength and low friction Thrust Blocks.

    Forks
    The pin-type forks are made from high-
    grade treated steel. They are pin
    mounted to allow for variable fork
    spread. The standard forks are 72” long
    by 4-3/4” wide and 1-3/4” thick.

    Hydraulic System
    One tandem gear type pump directly
    mounted on the hydrostatic pump. In-
    tank suction strainer and easy to
    replace spin-on high quality return filter
    ensure clean oil. The monoblock control
    valve is easily accessible and is directly
    controlled. The monoblock and direct
    link control valve system makes this
    system the most reliable system
    possible.

    Steering System
    Hydraulic system delivers constant oil
    flow to hydrostatic steering system for
    uniform steering response. The steering
    cylinder is a 2″ with welded rod end for
    durability. High strength link is
    connected directly to the steering
    spindles which is equipped with
    oversized high capacity Timken
    bearings.

    HD Operator’s Enclosure
    The ergonomically designed operator
    enclosure features a complete
    instrument panel, a combined foot and
    hand throttle, a forward and reverse
    pedal control, a main electric switch and
    a heavy duty suspension seat with
    retractable seat belt.

    Complete instrument panel:


    hour meter, engine temperature gauge,
    engine oil pressure gauge and
    alternator indicator. The electrical
    system is protected by circuit breakers
    instead of fuses.

    Electric horn, six (6) LED working lights
    (3 whites and 3 reds), back up alarm,
    LED strobe light and D.O.T. approved LED
    tail and marker lights
