(h) comparisons of actual and planned progress, with details of any events or
circumstances which may jeopardize the completion in accordance with the Contract,
and the measures being (or to be) adopted to overcome delays.
Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to keep Contractor’s Equipment and
Contractor’s Personnel within the Site and additional agreed areas.
4.23 Contractor’s Operations Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to keep Contractor’s Equipment and
