    RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-SIX


    THOUSAND PESOS AND 0/100 ONLY (₱26,000.00) FROM THE FOLLOWING SK
    APPROPRIATIONS:

    1. DISASTER PREPAREDNESS TRAININGNS 5,000.00


    2. EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT/ASSISTANCE 5,000.00
    3. TREE GROWING 5,000.00
    4. LIVELIHOOD TRAININGS 6,000.00
    5. TEENAGE PREGNANCY AWARENESS SEMINAR 5,000.00
    TOTAL 26,000.00

    AND AUGMENT THE SAME AGGREGATE AMOUNT TO:

    1. LINGGO NG KABATAAN 26,000.00

    WHEREAS, The Barangay Sangguniang Kabataan, headed by Hon. SK Chair WILMAR


    A. CAÑETE, with the close coordination of the Sangguniang Barangay of Paniangan is holding
    its two-week period Sports Tournament 2024 starting December 17-December 31, 2024;

    WHEREAS, Sports Development program is a vital program to be initiated by the


    Barangay Government of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental through the Sangguniang
    Kabataan for the promotion of its development and physical fitness. This program enhances
    health and vitality of our constituents and great contributing factor for the attainment of a
    peaceful and progressive community.

    WHEREAS, Sports tournaments are lined-up to highlight the events such as Inter-Purok
    Basketball Tournament and Inter-Purok Volleyball Tournament for men and women categories;

    WHEREAS, SK funds is not enough to cover necessary expenses unless realignment of


    funds is made;

    NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, after due consideration of the matter, upon
    motion of SK Chairman Wilmar A. Cañete which was duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Juliet G.
    Cañete; it was,

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to realign the aggregate amount of


    ₱26,000.00 from various appropriations and augment the same amount to Linggo ng Kabataan
    Funds.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the municipal office of


    accounting, budget and other offices concerned for their reference;

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 18 December 2023.
