1 Create new MS Eexcel Workbook Range Equivalent
Use Letter Size Paper (8.5 x 11); Paper Orientation - Landscape ; Font Type - Calibri ; Font Size - 11 0.00 74.99 5.00
2 Set the Column Width for the following columns: 75.00 77.99 3.00
Column A to 5.0 (52 pixels) 78.00 80.99 2.75
Column B to 25.0 (232 pixels) 81.00 81.00 2.50
Columns C, D, E, I, J, N, and O to 5.0 (52 pixels) 86.00 87.99 2.25
Columns F, G, H, K, L, M, P, Q and R to to 8.00 (79 pixels) 88.00 89.99 2.00
Columns S, T and U to 10.0 (97 pixels) 90.00 92.99 1.75
3 Set Font Size 16 to Row 6 93.00 96.99 1.50

5 Set all font style of all column titles (i.e. No., Learner's Name, Written Work (25%), etc. ) to Bold 99.00 100.00 1.00
6 Formula to compute for the Total, PS, WS and Final Grade:
Total Score Use SUM() function to compute for the Total Score
Percentage Score (PS) (Total Score / Total of Highest Possible Score) * 100
Weighted Score (WS) Percentage Score * Rate of Weighted Score
Final Grade WS of Written Works + WS of Performance Task + WS of Quarterly Assessment
Note: Check your formula to see if you need to use absolute cell referencing.
7 Set Conditional Formatting on Final Grade column:
8 If Final Grade is less than 75.00 then set font style to Bold, font color to Red, fill background to Yellow.
9 Use VLOOKUP() Function to determine the learner's Grade Equivalent. (Note: Create the Grade Equivalent table on the same worksheet. )
10 Use RANK.EQ() function to identify the ranking of the learners.
11 Set number of decimal places for PS, WS, Final Grade, and Grade Equivalent to 2.
12 Save the file as a new word document file with the following filename format:
COSA_Week3_<your surname_firstname>.xlsx
Example: COSA_Week3_San Luis_Christian.xlsx
