Activity 7: Directions:

1. Showcase your photography skills.


2. Take a photo of anything that would exemplify the “global media culture” of our present time
and attach it here.
3. Answer the following questions:
● What did you learn from this activity about the role of global media in shaping culture and
society?
I have learned that we adopted the media culture of other countries to the extent that most people
idolized and worshiped them without knowing what its effect in our own literature and culture
would be. We may have gain satisfaction through their music but let us be mindful that we must
learn how to embrace our own media.

● How did photography help you express your thoughts and ideas about global media culture?
This photography has been a way of me to express how I appreciate the media of other countries
but that does not overlook the way I embrace our own.
