Req : Astrology Mobile APP Development for Android

M8 IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (Company I) is to develop mobile application and admin panel for the given
requirement specification to Randall Medical Technologies Private Limited (Company II).

Spec: COMPANY I is about to develop the requirement mentioned


alongside with backend, API and integration. The server and
hosting is been dealt by the Company I for a period of 1 year as an
Add-on service.

Design: Wireframe mockup screens will be provided for the App, backend
provided the design/color, UI will be done after CLIENT’s
approval.

Code Functional: Technology spec for development of Mobile App as specified below:

Native Android (Front End)

Rest /laravel/Express.JS (API)

PHP/Mongo DB (Database)

Backend (Node.js)
Images or Icons: Images or icons can be supplied by CLIENT, as desired and
appropriate, will be incorporated. Professional stock images or
icons may be used; provided those take CLIENT’s approval.

Usability: Simplicity, cleanness of visual, and ease of operation will be high-


priority considerations at each stage of the development process
with CLIENT’s approval.

We are so happy to develop this project for RANDALL MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE
LIMITED. We have decided to do this project with a very nominal price and with the best
of our Talents!

Resource: 4 Nos X 4months (Mobile App Dev, Back end, UX/UI, Testing)

Cost Avg: 75,000 INR

Below I have mentioned few free inputs as Add-on services:

 Server for 1 year

 Maintenance for 1 year

 Play Store Hosting

Billing takes 75,000 INR for development on Backend, UI and Integration having the
payment to be served on milestone task basis with a deadline of 60 days for development
and testing.

5% of harmless code modifications and changes in the development works are


acceptable on completion. We would require pay on feature modifications for more than
the 5% which falls apart from requirement specification.

Milestone Days & Payment (%)

M1 (POC) 15 days, 20 %

M2 (Android apk) 10 days, 20 %

Admin Panel 8 days, 10 %

Advance Payment: 10% of the Bill Amount to be paid after signing the agreement
and before the commencement of work.

Testing: Application will be tested for compatibility with all common


solutions according to standard policy.
Schedule: Work will begin within a day of signing of contract. Approximately 90
working days will be required from start to finish, grace days may apply assuming that the
process of providing content, feedback, and approval from CLIENT are free from delays.
Yet, we assure to deliver quality work at the earliest.

Updates: Feasible operation & maintenance and future assistance to be supported.

CLIENT is responsible for making additional payments at normal rates that extend
beyond the original scope of the project, as detailed. The CLIENT and Company II should
communicate about any changes that affect cost. CLIENT is responsible for charges on
account of halting the development work in between.

Upon approval of this agreement CLIENT expects that the project will be completed in
approximately (45 days). This depends greatly on the efficiency of receiving all the
needed content, UX design and other requirements approval.
