PEOPLE360 CONSULTING CORPORATION

They were founded on April 6, 2011, by a group of senior OSH professionals from the
industry and academe who gathered their years of experience to form People360
Consulting Corporation.

WEEKLY NARRATIVE REPORT

Inclusive Dates: March (4,5,6,7,8)

In the first day of my work immersion, we go to the training room to introduce the
People 360 Consulting Corporation and the background. On the first day of my
work immersion, we went to the training room to introduce People 360 Consulting
Corporation and the background. They asked us what course we would take so they
would know where we would be placed, which department.

After that, we were taken to his department and I went to the FAD where the
company's financial, budgets and sales are located. taught me what to do like
removing staplers, fasteners and separating folders of documents. the documents
must be turned upside down so that they cannot be seen. we were also told how
confidential the documents we are working on are. after the work we asked for a
break time to eat, then after we finished eating we went back to the office to finish
our work. and we timed out at exactly 12.
In Thursday, we moved in the warehouse to do the tasks that are given, we
continued it until we finished the works, then In the morning we go to the
warehouse to finished the taske that they give and give us time to finished our
homeworks after we finished all the documents that are needed to separate and
shred.

Inclusive Dates : March (11,12,13,14,15)

In the Second day,We do a morning assembly and listen to the announcement about
the fire, how we can manage it and help with others. After the announcement, we
go back in the warehouse then, I continued what I did, we finished some boxes of
documents. we also removed the fasteners and staplers after we went to the
warehouse to show its appearance because that's where our supervisor will put us
when the employee is complete inside the office and also showed us where the
shredding is. After that, I continued to remove the documents from the folder
because it still had fasteners and stapler bullets.
after the work we asked for a break time to eat, then after we finished eating we
went back to the warehouse to finish our work. They give us time to finished our
homework after we finished all the documents that are needed to separate and shred
and we timed out at exactly 12.

Inclusive Dates: March (25,26,27) April (1,2)

We do a morning assembly and listen to the announcement, I do the same work,


removing the stapler, fasteners and separate the documents to folders, We
continued the works inside of the warehouse,we finished some boxes of documents.
after the work we asked for a break time to eat, then after we finished eating we
went back to the warehouse to finish our work. They give us time to finished our
homework after we finished all the documents that are needed to separate and shred
and we timed out at exactly 12.
After that, Ma’am EJ come to us and said that get what ever you want foods in the
store and after that, we always report to Ma’am EJ or Sir Jornel that we finished the
tasks already so they can get the other documents to be shred and separate the
folders, removing the fasteners and staplers.

Inclusive Dates : April (,3,4,5,8,11)

I do the same work, removing the stapler, fasteners and separate the documents to
folders, We continued the works inside of the warehouse,we finished some boxes
of documents. we always report to Ma’am EJ or Sir Jornel that we finished the
tasks already so they can get the other documents to be shred and separate the
folders, removing the fasteners and staplers.

After that we go to the office because we done our tasked and report it to them, but
there is no documents that are needed to separate and removed the staplers and
fasteners. So, They assign us to type the labels of supply and write the information
that needed to transport, its like a sticker card that we write the name of the
customers, address and numbers. Then, after that we out at 12 exactly and time out
in the record book.
In the Last Day, They assigned me to the shred. Then, In a few minutes Ma’am
Lindel picked me up at the warehouse to go to the training where we celebrate the
last day of our work immersion. We share something about our experiences, what
learn that we get in work immersion and also we introduced ourselves in front of
them and our motto in life.
