series.
This bulletin introduces products applicable to C Controller module.
For the product availability, please contact the manufacturer.
For the optional products manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric, refer to catalogs or user's manuals of each module.

1 TERMS
Unless otherwise specified, this bulletin uses the following terms.
Term Description
Applicable product Refers a product that satisfies the interface specifications of modules manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric.
Note that Mitsubishi Electric does not conduct verification of the product. Before using it, be sure to confirm that no operational
problem will occur in a system.
In addition, use the product according to the specifications (standards).
Discontinued Discontinued products are products that had been introduced as applicable products in the previous technical bulletin; however, the
products product availability is currently low because of such as production discontinuation.

2 PRECAUTIONS
Specifications of the applicable products are subject to change without notice.
Before using the product, please read "SAFETY PRECAUTIONS" of C Controller module User's Manual.
For precautions on the connecting, disconnecting, and wiring to the module of each product, refer to the manual for respective
modules.

2.1 Precautions for Memory Cards


The following shows the precautions for using memory cards (SD memory card and CompactFlash card).
• The number of writes to memory cards is limited. For details, refer to the specifications of the product.
• Do not perform the following operations while accessing the memory card; powering OFF/resetting C Controller module,
restarting the user CPU, or unmounting/removing the memory card. Doing so may cause data corruption in the card or file
system error. Stop the file access before performing any of the above operations.
• Touch the grounded metal to discharge the electricity charged in your body before touching the memory card. Failure to do
so may cause a failure or a malfunction on the memory card.
