Kindly be informed that Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) has appointed Grand Master Ong
Thiam Hock to be the head of C.S.B. for the said Championship. The C.S.B. is given
the mandate to take immediate action if anyone violates the competition rules or the
Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) by-laws.
The C.S.B head’s allowance of RM 200 per day and transport cost of RM0.70 per kilometer
must be borne by the organizer.
We wish the organizer success in organizing the event and for promoting the sport of
Taekwondo at the grassroots and trust that Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF)’s good reputation is

11. ACCOMODATION Own arrangement by their Team Manager.
12. PARTICIPATION All Malaysian participants in this Championship to be registered with Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) via its affiliates which
is the State Association or Premier Club or National Institutions. All foreign participants are required to be a member of
their National Governing body affiliated to World Taekwondo (WT) via their
affiliates or clubs.
13. INDEMNITIES It shall be the responsibility of the participants from the respective affiliates to have already validly completed the
participation forms and have them signed indemnifying the Organizing Committee, its officials and other contestants
from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championship or any
other activities therefore.
All participants below the age of 18 should be approved and signed by parents/guardians.
It shall be the responsibility of the respective team manager and coach of the team affiliates to ensure that participants
and officials are covered with effective insurance coverage.
(i) The Organizer will only provide protective Equipment for full PSS.

14. SPARRING EQUIPMENT
