START-UP CHECK FOR GTG'S

STATUS DURING
S/N UNIT START-UP CHECKS (GTG: ---------------------) TIME INSPECTION (OK REMARK

GAS RECEIVING STATION

Ensure that the GMS isolation Valves is opened
2

Ensure that the incoming gas pressure is within the operating limit ( 30 - 35 Bar)

Check and drain condensate on gas line before the ESD valve

Ensure that the gas line is equalized (up-stream and down-stream pressure are the
same) before ESD valve is opened

Ensure that the GRS Instrument Air line valve are lined-up properly
5
Ensure that inlet and dicharge valve of filter separator are opened depending on the
one to be in-service
6
Check and drain condensate in the filter separator that is in service
7
Ensure that all the vent valves on in GRS are properly closed
8
Ensure that gas chromotograph isolation valve are opened
9
Ensure that one of the PRCS is line-up
10
Ensure that the gas pressure after PRCS is within the operating limit (24.5 - 26bar)

Ensure that the inlet and discharge valve of water bath heater one or two are lined-
up
12
Ensure that water bath heater expansion tank are filled upto 90% full
13
Ensure that the water temperature is within the operating limit (75-85 OC)
14
Ensure that the gas temperature leaving the water bath heater is 55 OC or abaove
15
Ensure that all the vent valves on coalescing filter are closed
16
Ensure that condensate is drained from coalescing filter that needs to be in service

PLANT AIR COMPRESSOR

Check and line-up the plant Air Compressor system

Ensure that all the drain valves are properly closed

Ensure that all Filters are drained

Enure that one of the Air Dryer is on service

Ensure that the two Air Recievers are drained

Ensure that there is proper ventilation in the Compressor Room
MV ROOM

Ensure that UAT and SAT are energized on the GTG's 6.6 KV BUS-BAR

Ensure that all the Bus -Tie in MV Room are closed

Ensure that the respective incomer breakers are energized.

Ensure that all Relays and Alarms are Reset in both MV and LV breaker

Ensure that all the supply breakers to BOP equipment are energized

Ensure that the plant batter charger and inverter are energized

Ensure that there is proper illumination in MV ROOM

Check and confirm Plant Batteries Electrolyte Level

Ensure that Battery Room Ventilation Fans are ON

Line -up all the Motor Bucket in the Unit Peec for Start-up on Auto

Confirm that the Unit is on Turning Gear

Check and Reset GCP/Transformer Alarm Panel

Check and Reset Hazardous Gas Alarm Panel

Confirm that Mark VI is Healthy and No Alarm Active

Ensure that the unit APU is available

Ensure that Generator Breaker (FKG) is on Open position

Ensure that the Generator Breaker (SF6) is within the operating range.

Enure that all the Acoustical Enclosure doors are closed

Check and line-up unit cooling water system, ensure that inlet and dicharge valve of
the two pump are opened and confirm water level in the Expansion Tank

Check the level and temperature of lube oil in the reservior or sump to ensure it
within the operating range.

Check the lube oil filter differential pressure and ensure it's within the Operating
limit

Ensure that the oil mist eliminator valve is lined-up properly

Check the hydraulic filter for differential pressure and ensure is it's within operating
range

Confirm the status of 52AR and 52AS Breakers

Ensure that Unit Power Supply is on 52AR

Ensure that the selector switch of 415v supply breaker at the PEEC is on Normal
Position
