WELCOME ADDRESS

As we gather here today in the spirit of joy and camaraderie, it is with great pleasure and warmth
that I extend a heartfelt welcome to each and every one of you to our Christmas party. This festive
occasion is not only a celebration of the holiday season but also a moment to come together,
strengthen bonds, and reflect on the year that has passed.

In the midst of our busy schedules and the challenges we face, it is truly wonderful to take a pause
and share in the merriment of the season. Christmas is a time for spreading love, kindness, and
goodwill, and what better way to do so than surrounded by the incredible individuals that make up
our Sangguniang Panlungsod family.

Tonight, let us set aside our roles and responsibilities, and embrace the spirit of togetherness. May
