Guidelines
 Minimum qualifying score must be secured in at least three parameters mentioned above where Sl. No. 1 is
mandatory
 Publications must be made in Web of Science/Scopus/Pubmed/SCI indexed. Citation index also need to be mentioned,
with supporting document. Only publications during the assessment period shall be considered.
 If a faculty publishes 3 papers, he/she will get an appreciation certificate and if the publication in the same appraisal year
is 4 or more, he/she will get cash award
 IPR publication will not be considered as a publication under Sl. No. 1
 All communication regarding any Project, Grant, Patent, Research Work, Seminar, Conference, etc. by the assesses must
be communicated through official email-id only along with Institutional affiliation.
 The same paper must not be repeated under different categories.
 Maximum three authors from the same institution will be considered in the category of faculty publications.
 Maximum four authors from the same institution will be considered in the category of patent, copyright.
 Books with ISBN/ISSN numbers only will be considered. The web-link of the books showing the ISBN/ISSN numbers
are to be provided.
 Sanction letter of grants by the funding agency is mandatory to support the claim.The duration of the grant period to be
aligned with the assessment period.
 The fund received during the assessment year only shall be considered for the marks calculation for sponsored and
consultancy projects.
 Cover page, content page and first page of the selected publication are to be provided, along with link to the paper in the
journal website / doi link.
 FDPs with minimum 5 days duration shall be considered. A maximum of one external FDP can be attended in each
semester. Prior permission must be taken for attending external FDPs.
