LABORATORY TYPE STEAM STERILIZERS
NC 40M / NC 90M Vertical Type Laboratory Steam Sterilizers; It has been developed for use in
research laboratories of research centers and universities, pharmaceutical, food, medical and
biotechnology industries.
NC 40M / NC 90M is specifically designed for use in the
sterilization of media, liquid, and culture media. In addition,
it is also suitable for sterilization of metal, glass, ceramic,
plastic, unpackaged and non-porous solid materials
resistant to high temperature and high vapor pressure.

THE IDEAL DESIGN FOR STERILIZATION

• Since the time it takes for liquids to reach the sterilization
temperature is longer than for solid materials, an external
temperature sensor is used to measure the actual temperature of the
liquids, and process accuracy is guaranteed by starting sterilization
when the liquid temperature reaches the set temperature
• With the fan cooling system that shortens the cooling time of the
liquids, the chamber is cooled, and the liquid is prevented from
overflowing by rapidly reducing the temperature of the liquids, while
the processing time is shortened

PROTECTION FOR SENSITIVE MATERIALS

• Fractionated exhaust system with 0-10 user-programmable for the

protection of glass and similar sensitive materials

SYSTEM: N-Smart™
• High resolution 4.3" video graphic color TFT LCD screen with sterilization
chamber temperature, jacket temperature, flexible sensor temperature,
name of the active program, program stage, total phase times of the
active program, sterilization chamber temperature graph, door locations,
alarm states traceability
• 4-digit passcode to prevent unauthorized access to the menu
• 5 Language options: Turkish, English, French, Spanish, Russian
• Help page with explanations of errors and malfunctions that occur in the
device

EASY STERILIZATION
• Providing safe sterilization for materials to be sterilized

Liquid 121°C for 15 minutes

• 3 special programs as 1 liquid, 1 solid and 1 melting that can be changed

by the user in the device
• Temperature adjustment for solids and liquids at 105-135°C and
programmable sterilization time of 01-300 minutes
• 60-100°C melting temperature adjustment and programmable 01-60
minutes melting time
• Fast sterilization cycle thanks to preheating adjustable between 40-60°C
• Time savings provided by automatic start that can be programmed with real date and time
• Stand-by system that can be adjusted after the sterilization process is completed
FULL TRACEABILITY AND REMOTE ACCESS
• Possibility to follow temperature data on graph
• Massive data storage with internal memory which stores the records of
last 500 cycles in detail and 29.500 cycles as summary
• Memory for the last 100 failures
• USB port to record the operated cycles in the memory to a memory
stick

SAFETY ABOVE STANDARDS
