LCP INCREASE
VWO tests are impacting LCP measurement.
UPSELLING CVR
Root cause is still under investigation.
The rollback from EKS seems to have impacted positively the CVR, but we do
not know why. It is still under investigation.
We know for sure that EKS migration was duplicating metrics on DataDog,
so the dashboards we were using to monitor Ups CVR in DD are not
trustworthy.

LEADUP: On Feb 21st at 1330 we rolled out a change on Google Tag Manager
to start tracking some events for the Truekind NOVA transition. These
changes required the tracking of a cart-viewed event. There were a few
Facebook and Segment related events that were required to be integrated
for nova transition nova.truekind.com and once we made the deployment for

Unbeknownst to us, the same event was being fired on the Shopify store but
with different content. The difference in content started causing a javascript
error that prevented the cart.js script to execute normally, blocking

RESOLUTION: The Rollback was done for this deployment and the next day
Martech team implemented a fix and re-deployed the same feature with a fix
and everything seemed to be working soon after that deployment. All
post-deployment checks passed.
(opened today - validating) The incident left a lot of learnings for the team, which can be reviewed here.
