In the aforementioned list, one post under Item No. 234 (Laboratory Attendant, UT cadre), at Sr. No. 01, under OM category, was kept reserved for want of certain clarification. ‘Subsequently, the matter was placed in the 272" Board Meeting held on 17.05.2024 which, having regard to various factors/record, decided to fill up the aforesaid reserved vacancy by considering the candidature of Mr. Shakeel Ahmed S/o Sher Dil Khan at Sr. No 01 under OM category. Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of the Board with regard to consideration of candidature of candidate namely Mr. Shakeel Ahmed S/o Sher Dil Khan at Sr. No 01 under OM category for the post of Page 1 of 3 xe sLaboratory Attendant, UT cadre, Item No. 234, Home Department pursuant to ‘Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2020 dated 29.12.2020. This shall also be subject to the outcome of any ‘inquiry, involving candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List. ‘The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of Category/Degree certificates and ascertaining genuineness/validity or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be the responsibility of the.Indenting Department/Appointing authority. The Selection of the candidates has been made on the basis of Self- declaration/Certificates submitted by them and if at any stage, it comes to the light that any candidate(s) has submitted false information or has secured selection on the basis of fake documents/certificates, the selection shall be liable to cancellation at any stage and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidate/s may kindly be initiated. Moreover, in terms of Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 27.09.2021, the candidates, whose recommendations are released by the Selection ‘Agency, shall submit their Personal Verification Roll (PVR) before the appointing authority within a period of 24 days from its release, failing which the candidate(s) shall forego their right to appointment forthwith.
