Overtime

Benefits Provided:
A. Basic Salary
From the effective date, your basic salary will be AED 1200.00/Month.
B. Accommodation
Furnished accommodation will be provided by the company “As per company policy”.
Company may decide to pay fixed allowance “According to the company policy” incase the employee will be permitted to live
out.
C. Transportation
The Company provides "fixed route" bus services, free of charge, between various residential areas and Company business
location in UAE.
D. Duty Meal
One duty meal during your shift.
E. Uniform
2 complete sets of uniforms will be provided by the company every 6 months.
F. Medical & Life Insurance coverage
i. Medical Coverage
Company will provide you with medical coverage at hospitals/clinics within its network. “According to Company policy”.
ii. Life Insurance
You will be entitled for life and disability insurance due to accidental injury while at work. “According to Company
policy”.
G. Annual Leave
You are entitled to 30 Calendar days leave per year and this is due after one year of employment.
H. Ticket Allowance
You will be entitled to ticket allowance according to the company policy.

During the first 6 months of your employment, you will be on (‘Probation Period’).

Contract Termination
i. Within Probation Period
• Staff must provide one month written notice in case decide to move to another employer in the UAE,
• Staff must provide 14 days written notice in case decide to leave the country.
• Company will provide the employee with 14 days written notice if termination of contract from company side.
ii. After Probation Period
• One month notice period in a written notification should be provided by either party.
iii. For employees who will not abide with the provisions of UAE labor law, they will be required to compensate costs of
recruitment or contracting with the worker. Other repercussions shall be subject to the UAE labor law.

End of Service Benefit (EOSB):


End of services benefits will be provided by the company on termination of service after completing one year.
According to UAE Labor law, you will be entitled for the following:
▪ 21 days/Latest basic salary for each of the first five years of service.
▪ 30 days/Latest basic salary for each year of service over five years.
EOSB will be pro-rated in respect of part years of service after the first year. Latest basic salary is defined as the basic salary
applicable on the date of termination of service.

Terms & Conditions:


This offer of employment is subject to the following conditions having been met:
1. The Company being able to obtain and retain the visa necessary for your employment in UAE as required by Government.
2. The employee being able to comply with any migration procedures required by their country of origin.
3. Americana being your sole employer.

Offer Validity
This offer will remain valid/active for 15 calendar days from the issuance date. In case we did not receive your written approval
within the said period, the offer will be withdrawn.
