Design Engineer Intern
Performing FEA analysis and carrying out product testing in the laboratory to check the durability of the products.
 Provided ideas and led a client project and implemented the same to improve the structural integrity whilst detecting the
weak points of the client’s sample.
 Reduced compressive stresses acting on the product by introducing a component by 10 MPa.
 Designing, improving, and adding strengthening features and removing unnecessary features to product by increasing
durability of the product and reducing cost to manufacture.
Aditya Auto Products and Engineering Pvt Ltd | Bangalore, India May 2019 – June 2019
Intern
Project on Process capability studies, which is to find a solution to overcome the challenges faced and increase the production of a
certain component.
 Employees were hand lifting components from one die to another, chute system helped slide the components to the die.
 Implemented chute system to increase productivity and reduce fatigue of employees working on dies.
 Improved production of seat sliding rails by 8.5% and machine utilisation by 7.9% during demand.

Projects
Increase in downforce over cooling slats on a Motorsports car January 2023
Academic Project
 Designed an airfoil to fit over the cooling slats on a motorsports car to increase overall downforce and deflect hot air
rising from it.
 The scaled down model showed an additional 5.12N can be produced over the car’s body.
Manufacturing of inlet manifold by 3D printing May 2021
Academic Project
 Designed an inlet manifold using Nylon 6 to increase performance of the engine. Achieved reduced stress by simulating it
in ANSYS.
 Performed CFD analysis to show the increased fluid velocity through the plenum of the manifold.
Theo Jansen walking robot February 2019
Academic Project
 Implemented Theo Jansen mechanism to fabricate a walking robot.
 Demonstrated the model to better understand the real world uses on various rough terrains when compared to a wheel.
