Instruction For JLPT
1. NO CELL PHONE AT ANY TIME AT THE TEST CENTRE– which includes test rooms,
corridors, toilets, etc till you leave the test centre.
2. Though not mandatory it is recommended that you should maintain social distancing in
your own and other colleague’s safety.
3. All examinees must take care of their boarding, lodging, & travelling expenses on their
own and ABK AOTS DOSOKAI, Tamilnadu Centre will not take any responsibility for the
same.
4. Kindly bring YOUR ORIGINAL IDS, (a copy which you had sent along with your application)
along with your hall ticket to test room on the day of your examination. NO OTHER MODE OF ID
IS ACCEPTABLE. ID s issued by educational institutions or your Japanese Language schools
WILL NOT ACCEPTED.
5. Examinees will not be permitted to change their seat in any session for any reason
whatsoever.
6. Please note that we will not permit any carry bags, back packs, etc., except a small pouch
with your pencil, eraser, Credit cards, cash, Passes, season tickets, test voucher, your ID.
Water bottles and the pouch should not have any cell phone or calculators, alarm or
Vibration type or smart watch. Any watch of these types, however expensive, must be left
outside the test room for which ABK – AOTS DOSOKAI, TAMILNADU CENTRE WILL NOT
TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. SO WEAR SIMPLE WATCH WITH NO ALRAM, VIBRATION
OR OF SMART TYPE WHEN YOU COME FOR THE TEST.
7. Please note that accompanying parents, Guardians, Teachers and others who may come to the
Test Centre to drop the examinees, will not be permitted inside the premises of the test centre
under any circumstances. Their shelter from Sun or Rain is not our responsibility if they decide to
wait outside.
8. Since there will not be any water points, to avoid crowding during the breaks, all
examinees are advised to bring their own water bottles (2 Max per person) as we will not
be providing any drinking water.
9. Please note “ABK – AOTS DOSOKAI, TAMILNADU CENTRE” will not be responsible for any
loss of examinees belongings kept outside the Test Room if brought by examinees in spite of our
instructions to avoid bags, cell phones etc.
