TIME: 8:00 AM
VENUE: Bongga Resort

V. RATIONALE
Team building is a management technique used for improving the
efficiency and performance of the workgroups through various
activities. It involves a lot of skills, analysis and observation for forming
a strong and capable team. It focuses on building trust, regulates
communication, increase productivity, brings people together, fosters
creativity and learning, healthy competition, makes people more
accepting, resolves conflicts, employees can acquire new skills and
improves company culture.
Teamwork makes the dream work: A team that works together,
performs and excels. As Andrew Carnegie rightly said, “It is the fuel
that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”

VI. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the activity, the participants are expected to:
 Enhance their knowledge on their duties and functions as
employees;
 Develop camaraderie and cohesiveness; and
 Develop their leadership capabilities.

VIII. IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES


The activity will be done in one day, to be participated in by SB
Officials, Regular and Job Orders Employees detailed at the Office of
Sangguniang Bayan, Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor and Municipal
Secretary’s Office. The expenses shall be charged to MANCON.
The conduct of the training/seminar will utilize practical and
doable strategies to ensure the attainment of the objectives of the
activity.
The language to be used will be attuned to the participants’ level
of understanding.

IX. IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGIES


Lecture-discussion, seminar and games conduct of team building
activities. After the activities, the participants are expected to gain
knowledge and be productive employees.
