    Practical Based on Digital Documentation (Advanced)

    Important: Completion of Practical File according to


    Board submission.
    In Each Question : Write steps (Steps can be written in computer
    no handwritten) and then add screenshot for working and go to
    next part like that complete your practical question.
    After Completing each UNIT of Practical’s share in PDF
    file and Share on my email [email protected]
    and approve it.

    All Practical Question to be completed in Libre Office Writer
    Q1.) Create a document on the Topic “ India is a developing nation”. Write at least
    three paragraphs with a total of 150 words.

    • Add a suitable heading Style to the title.


    • Apply a paragraph style on the first paragraph as “Text body Indent”.
    • Apply the fill format feature to the rest of the paragraphs.
    • Save and close the document.
    ✓ Write down the steps in the document file and insert the

    screenshots of each part.

    Q2.) Write a paragraph on : Conservation of Water” with 200 words . Add a picture
    related to it from Gallery under Environment. Do the following modification.
    ❖ Resize the image accordingly to the page size by setting the width as ‘6.77’
    and height as ‘3.99.’
    ❖ Add a blue border to the picture.
    ❖ Crop the image with the scaling parameters of width as ‘50%’ and height as
    ‘50%’
    ✓ Write down the steps in the document file and insert the

    screenshots of each part.

    Q3.) Create a template for business card of ABC Corporation


    Add image from gallery as a logo.
    Add border and background color of the page.
    Add content.
    Save the template as default.

    Q4.) Create a Table of Content for Types of Networking:


    ➢ Create a document of minimum 5 pages on the above topic.
    ➢ Display important topics.
    ➢ Their subtopics
    ➢ Show Table of Content concept
    ➢ Apply background color on the Table of Content.
