Communications Management Plan
ü A communications management plan * is a component of the project management plan that describes
how, when, and by whom information about the project will be administered and disseminated.
ü This plan is created very early in the project.
ü It is updated when the new stakeholders join the project or existing stakeholders leave it, or when the
communications requirements of any stakeholder change.
