Assignment: Respond to 12 of the following questions with a minimum of 3 sentences each.


• These questions will be the same questions you will be asked in the Mock Interview.

1. Why are you interested in working for our company? What do you know about us?

2. How has your previous experience and education prepared you to work for our company?

3. What do you think it takes to be successful in this position?

4. How would you describe your ability to work as a member of a team? Given an example.

5. Have you ever had difficulty with a supervisor? If so, how did you handle this situation?

6. If you were having difficulty with a co-worker and it was impacting your production at work, how
would you handle this situation?

7. What was a major obstacle you have overcome in the past year and what did you learn from it?

8. What would you consider to be your strengths? And, What would you consider to be your
weaknesses and what you done to address these areas?

9. What is one of your biggest accomplishments? How did you achieve it?
10. Give an example of a time when you showed leadership qualities.
