MVPA Exercise Log

Each week, you will complete this MVPA Exercise log for each activity or exercise that you perform.
● Complete 3 hours (180 minutes) of exercise each week. Spread those 3 hours over a minimum of 3 days. For detailed information about the
Weekly MVPA Exercise Log requirements, refer back to the Understanding Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) Exercise Logs
page found in the Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MPVA) Exercise Logs Module.
● Make sure the dates you enter are correct for the week.
● Mark with an X the activities in which you stayed within your target heart rate. Your Target Heart Rate should be filled in below for easy
reference. Use the Target Heart Rate Calculator.
