    Guidance Document
    Installation
    • To install “Cisco Webex Meetings” on your desktop/ laptop please go to the
    following link -

    https://www.webex.com/downloads.html

    • To install “ Cisco Webex Meetings ” on your device (android/ ios), go to the app
    store / playstore and install the same.

    • If you are using the Linux operating system on your device, please use the link
    that will be sent to you for your respective classes and use a web browser to join
    the meeting.
    There you will find the download link for “Cisco webex meetings”.
    Download the version that is compatible with the device that you are
    using.
    How to Join?
    • A link for the class will be sent to you via email. Please click on the
    link at the time mentioned in the email.

    • If you are using Webex Chrome Meeting for the first time on your
    device/ browser, it will ask you to allow permission for accessing the
    audio and video. Click on allow.
    When prompted, enter your full name (As mentioned in ATCOL) and
    email ID (Official email ID)
    Join meeting
    You might see the next screen as given below:
    Wait till the host
    allows you to join the
    class
    After joining, you will be able to see the bottom toolbar which
    gives all the options to navigate

    The following buttons may


    be used to mute/unmute
    audio & open video feed
    Chat button (highlighted in blue) will open the chat window to
    the right. Use this to interact during the classes.
    In order to ask a question, you
    may raise hand using the button
    given below:
