Educational app for iPad

Spot the Farm Animal
This is one in a series of fun educational apps for
preschool children that we have designed and
developed. The app teaches children about farm
animal identification and sounds. This app makes
the animals appear “live” with subtle animations
and vibrant colors and makes it a fun educational
experience. The app has received a very positive
XML response on iTunes and is available for iPhone as
well as iPad.
Assessment Metrics: Reporting
for LMS
GoodCore Software has been working on a sophis-
ticated reporting app for iPad and iPhone. This app
connects with learning management systems (e.g.
Moodle) and provides reports on student perfor-
mance in a visually appealing and intuitive graphi-
cal format. This is a “business intelligence” app for
the student assessment space.

Othello game for Android

GoodCore Software has developed the classic Oth-
ello board game for the Android platform. It is a
strategy game played on a board with 8 rows and 8
columns and two sets of pieces. Pieces typically are
disks with a light and a dark face, each side belong-
ing to one player. The player’s goal is to have a
majority of their colored pieces showing at the end
of the game, turning over as many of their oppo-
nent’s pieces as possible.
Golf booking portal
Our client wanted to offer a web-based solution to
golf course to manage the bookings of the tee
times. We designed a light-weight web based GUI
for customer service representatives at golf cours-
es to monitor tee time availability in real time and
manage reservations.

LMS Platform
We’ve built a technology platform for our client
that allows authoring and management of educa-
tional content and collaboration between authors
in secondary and higher educational institutions.
In addition, the system allows management of
administrative activities that take place during an
academic year.
Securities trading platform
The project involves on-going development and
QA services on a securities trading platform for the
U.S. market. The system is connected with all major
execution destinations and provides advanced
trading functionality. The application involves high
quality object oriented design, highly optimized
multi-threaded programming in .NET to support
the real-time nature of the application, and inte
gration with a number of 3rd party applications.

Student e-learning portal

Our client wanted to build a highly accessible and
secure web-based portal for the students at educa-
tional institutions where they could access their
course material, view learning activities and exams
posted by faculty administrators, and make
attempts on the exams and learning activities from
anywhere internet was available.
Employee timesheet tracking portal
Our client's old system was slow and cumbersome.
We re-designed the ASP.NET web application and
used Silverlight controls for the UI, eliminating the
dependency on 3rd party controls and achieving a
smooth user interaction. The system supports a
sophisticated workflow to be used in large organi-
zational hierarchies. There are multiple levels time
sheet approval and feedback options.

Network Operations Center (NOC) portal

We’ve custom developed a technology platform

for our client – a large network infrastructure pro-
vider. It provides features that allow our client to
manage thousand of network devices spread
across numerous data centers, manage client
billing, and IP block management, an integrated
ticketing system, inventory management and
much more.
Radio broadcast management portal
Our client wanted to build a product for radio
show hosts to organize their show prep data for
the digital age. This data includes the stories cov-
ered by radio show hosts, their notes, their audio -
all in a digital environment accessible via web.

Property rental portal

We developed the front-end as well as the custom
CMS for this portal. To support intuitive search of
property listings on the site, there was a require-
ment of highly functional design and user experi-
ence and we were able to do so while maintaining
cross browser compatibility.
