NAME OF THE PROJECT : SIGNAGE AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE BATHROOMS, EMERGENCY EXIT WITH
FOOTPRINTS AND REHABILITATION OF THE GREEN AREAS OF THE MICHELENA BOLIVARIA SPECIAL EDUCATION
INSTITUTE OF THE STATE OF TÁCHIRA
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Improve the signage of the Bolivariana Special School of the Michelena Municipality through the
identification of bathrooms, emergency exits with footprints and rehabilitation of green areas.
ACTION PLAN
Article 24. Diversified and professional secondary education is the third level of the educational system. It constitutes the level following basic
education and prior to higher education, with which it will be articulated curricularly and administratively.
Chapter IV, Special Education Article 30. For the purposes of compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 32 of the Organic Law of Education,
the special education modality will be intended for the care of children and young people who present alterations of the development, learning
difficulties, sensory deficiencies, emotional and communication disorders, cerebral palsy, motor impairments, mental retardation or multiple
impairments. It will also serve those who have superior aptitudes and the ability to excel in one or more areas of human development.
Article 27.- In addition to the legal requirements established to obtain the bachelor's degree or intermediate technical degree (in the
new LOE: General Secondary and Technical Secondary), each student must be required to participate in an activity that benefits the
respective school. or to the community. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports (now Ministry of Popular Power for Education)
will provide the necessary guidelines for compliance with this provision.
In compliance with article 27 of the General Regulations of the Organic Law of Education:
The activity that benefits the campus or the community may be individual or in groups and developed during one of the years or
semesters of the Secondary, Diversified and Professional Education level.
The Campus Director will designate a teacher to coordinate the activity to be carried out by the student or group of students. This
teacher will not earn any additional remuneration for this concept.
The teacher who coordinates the activity will plan it together with the students, to guarantee its fulfillment.
If the activity consists of literacy, it will be governed by Resolution No. 352 of November 20, 2002 or any other provision of the
MPPE.
Activities that benefit the platel or the community may be, among others:
to. Conservation, defense and improvement of the environment and natural resources.
The activities may be carried out through agreements signed with public or private institutions, communities and other entities linked
to local, regional or national life.
The Campus Director and the coordinator will be responsible for the control, monitoring and planned evaluation of the activity to be
carried out.
The School Management will issue proof of compliance with Article 27 of the General Regulations of the Organic Law of Education
to each student who has completed the activity.
Given the training and pedagogical nature of the activity provided for in article 27, it cannot be replaced in any case by the financial or
material contribution of the student, parent or representative.
