The Stand LLC, a successful fast food restaurant chain with fourteen (14) locations currently
operating in Southern California and one (1) operated by a licensee in Texas. In addition, we are in
the process of building two (2) new The Stand locations; one in Chino Hills and one in Long Beach,
with plans for continued expansion in the coming years. We are confident that you can play an

Position

Your role will be an Assistant Kitchen Manager


Location: 31882 Del Obispo St. San Juan Capistrano CA 92675 Start date: Wednesday 6/28/2023
at 10AM

Base Compensation

Your base hourly rate will be $19. Your overtime rate will be $28.50. Their estimated tips ($3$5 per
hour worked based on an analysis of recent results). You will receive a subjective bonus of $2000
$3,600 per year paid monthly. Estimated total compensation with tips: $24$27

Payday is every other Friday.

Employment at will

By accepting our offer of employment, you certify that you understand that your employment
continues to be at will, and that neither you nor the Company have entered into a contract regarding
the terms or duration of your employment. If you accept employment with the Company, you will be
free to resign at any time without notice or cause. Similarly, the Company shall be free to terminate
your employment for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. The
Company also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify your compensation, benefits and
other conditions of employment at any time.

We understand that you may have questions during this transition, and we want to assure you that we
are here to provide guidance and support. The Stand has assigned a dedicated team to facilitate a
smooth onboarding process, address any concerns, and ensure a smooth transition for all employees.

By accepting this offer, you will be provided with an email and a link to our self-onboarding
platform via Paylocity. If you need help during the process or access to a device for the onboarding

This letter, along with the incorporation materials and Employee Handbook, which you will receive
upon commencement of your employment, sets forth the terms of your employment with The Stand,
LLC.
