HOSTING

Good Morning and Assalamu Alaikum to all respected guests, teachers and students
who have gathered here to join us on this special day.

We are here to celebrate the success of our pupils ,who worked very hard this year to
accomplished their dreams of becoming useful assets for their country. Their success
ought to be celebrated and that is the sole reason why we are here.

I am your host Shaheena Abbasi , one of the hard working teachers of GGPS campus.
I have been nominated to inaugurate today’s event of Annual Result Day function for
the academic year 2023-24.

This day has always remained a very special day for students because our pupils wait
with much passion as it is when their achievements are recognized and credits are
given for their efforts.

Before we proceed ahead, I would like to call Kais to come on stage and recite few
lines of the blessed book of Allah.

Thank you, Kais for that melodious and soulful recitation.

Without making delays, I think it is high time to commence the event.

First of all, a very warm welcome to all guests, who have come here to join us on this
special day. Special thanks to our neighboring academic faculty members which
includes Madam Maimona Qureshi (Head Mistress of GGPS Ojha Santorium), Madam
Rahila (Head Mistress of GGPS Sabzi Mandi Campus) and Madam Shehnaz Suleman
(Head Mistress of GGPS Baghdadi Campus). All three of these senior educationist
have worked sincerely for the excellent upbringing of the students of this city.

Secondly, immense gratitude to our former staff members -Miss Shehnaz, Miss Rubina ,
Miss Shabana and Miss Huma- who are also here with us to witness today’s
celebration. We all are and will remain indebted for your past efforts.

Thirdly, profound appreciation to Madam Jamila Abbasi, District Coordinator East RSU
for taking the time to be with us.

Further, warmest thanks to Madam Ayesha Soomro, Tahluka Education Officer East for
being with us.

Now, assuming all guests have been given respects for their attendance, I would like
to call Mahira and her colleagues to come on stage for Naat-e-Shareef (SAW).

I will now call Miss Farhana to proceed this hosting ahead.

(After assuming the charge of hosting from Miss Farhana)

MashaAllah, Miss Farhana and her team performed wonderfully to entertain all of us.

Coming to the main and important segment of today that is award distribution. I can
see many of students along with their parents passionately waiting for this to happen.

For this, I would like to call my favourite and workaholic personality who has played
an indispensable part in the successful running of this campus, Head Mistress
Dr.Madam Saima to come on stage and distribute awards among deserving students.

Please a big round of applause for this energetic lady!

I would also request one of our guests Madam Shehnaz Suleman and class teacher of
class 1 ECCE Miss Nusrat to join us for this distribution.

Thanks to both of my seniors for coming on stage.

Now, I will be calling the name of each student who has secured their name in top
three position holders and both teachers and respected parents of the children must
ensure that the child should present himself or herself at stage when the name of
student is called.

Starting in ascending order from class ECCE 1.

The first position goes to Ali Raza, second position goes to Summaya and third position
goes to Aleeza.

Congratulations to these little angels! Keep working hard!

Coming to class ECCE 2.

And again for this, I would like to call Madam Mehmoona and Miss Shakeela to come
on stage and join Madam Saima.

The 1st position in this class goes to Barira, the 2nd position goes to Eman and 3rd
position to Tahira.

Well done to these rising stars of class 2!

Coming to class 1.

And for this, I would like to call Madam Rahila and class teacher of class 1 Miss Kiran
to come on stage and join Madam Saima.

The 1st position in this class goes to Maheen, the 2nd position goes to Mohammad
Ahmed and 3rd position to Saba Mohammad Irfan.

Well done students of class 1!

Coming to class 2!

For this, I would like to call Madam Shabana and Miss Shakeela to join Madam Saima.

The 1st position in this class goes to Ume Abhia, the 2nd position goes to both Zainab
Javed and Hira Hussian Bux and 3rd position has will also be shared by two of my
students Summya Mohammad Khan and Sudes Mohammad Khan. Both of you
please come on stage and receive your awards.

Miss Naz, class teacher of 4th class please come on stage and join both Madam
Saima and Madam Shabana for the award distribution.

The first position goes to Mohammad Qasim, Second to Fatima and third position to
Abbas.

Now let me request Madam Ayesha Soomro Taluka Education Officer and class
teacher of class five Miss Firdos to come on stage and join Madam Saima for the
awards distribution of class five.

First position goes to Sara, Second both Madhia and Maira and the third again goes
to both Neha Abid and Kanwal Muzafar.

I woud take a break for a moment in this segment to give

warm welcome to our special guest Madam Quratulain Chief
Monitoring Officer, who is present with us right now. She is
very professional in disposing of her duties. A big round of
applause for our respected chief guest.
