To our Officer-in-charge, Faculty President, and Senior High School Coordinator, Sir

Romar B. Quequegan, lively and knowledgeable resource speakers, fellow Teachers,

good morning and welcome to our 2024 District In-Service Training Day 5!

To officially commence our gathering today, I would like to request everyone to

stand for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem which will be conducted by
Ma’am Edna Tejada, Teacher III, and shall be followed by Invocation.

(Please be seated)

Never become so much of an expert that you stop gaining expertise. View life as a
continuous learning experience.” A quote by Denis Waitley.

It is we teachers and educators who have the most profound impact on the lives of our children.
We Teachers and educators must set good examples to children of all ages. It is us who have
embarked on this noble, sometimes tiresome, but always rewarding venture of sensitizing our
children and instilling in them the value of having an open mind that learning will benefit many,
of critical thinking, of tolerance, diversity, and inclusion. It is us teachers who inspire them to
learn, acquire skills and giving emphasis on the practical once just like what we have learned
from the four days of our seminar. May we then watch a video presentation for our
recapitulation.

(Presentation)

So at this moment, without much ado, let us pin our ears to our first proficient speaker who
will fill us with new knowledge and ideas that will help us become more resilient.
My fellow teachers, let us all welcome our first resource speaker, sir Jakie B. Ubina.

(FIRST TOPIC)

May we give our resource speaker a resounding applause…

Thank you sir, you reminded me that attending the inset today is actually a right
decision. Indeed, you filled our cup today.

To fill our cup more, let us all be ears to our next resource speaker, the ever
brilliant, and someone who could enlighten us with our problem in Child Protection
Policy, may I give the floor to sir Jay Jay D. Manangan… Take it away sir

(SECOND SESSION)
May we give our resource speaker a resounding round of applause. Thank you sir
for you have reminded us again that the price of success is hardworking,
dedication, and determination, that whether we win or lose, we applied the best of
ourselves as teachers.

Our next session will surely give us a lot of learning about everything we need to
learn about chosen calling. Without much ado, I give you our third resource speaker
to discuss to us her topic about Positive Discipline, ma’am Gloriphin Ubina.

(THIRD SESSION)

Thank you ma’am for we had been guided with setting the right goals so we could
move as one, into a single direction in making great things happen.

Thank you Sir Jakie Ubina, sir Jayjay Manangan, and Ma’am Gloriphin Ubinayou’re
your enlightening and informative presentations. We’ve learned so much from you
this morning.

May we then have our lunchbreak first and we will resume at exactly 1:00 for the
distribution of certificates and closing program. Thank you

(PM)

To trigger and activate our tired and bored cells may we have ma’am Marissa
Trinidad for the energizer.

Thank you ma’am, the most anticipated part of this training has finally come. May I
ask our Faculty President sir Romar Quequegan for the distribution of certificates of
appreciation to our resource speakers, (reading of citation).

Certificate of Recognition is also awarded to our Teacher Demonstrators. (reading
