Objectives
To build up our website, we use HTML,CSS,Bootstrap,JavaScript for frontend and
PHP,MySQL for backend.
➢ To manage student data and login access by hall provost.
➢ To manage the information of the provost.
➢ To manage the meal list.
➢ To manage the payment and billing system of hallfee and mealfee.
➢ To see the rules and regulations which should be maintained by students.

Introduction
“Bangomata Hall Official Website of Sylhet Engineering College(SEC)” is a
software application that is used to manage the day to day operations of the hall.
This management system is designed to manage all hall activities like hall
admissions, fees, room, mess allotment, hall stores & generates related reports for
smooth transactions. It is also used to manage monthly mess bill calculation.

Description
This is a website where there are two multiple access login pages. One is for the
student panel and another is for the teacher panel. We can get information about
our hall. Students can get notice and see their hall fee sent or not,what type of meal
arranged per day,cost of those meals etc are the main features of our website.
The features of our website are:

➢ About us (history,provost details)

This is our home page of Bangomata Hall where they consist of the history of
SEC,gallery of hall,provost details and hall information.
Now let's talk about how to apply for a hall seat.

This is the application form where a student can register for her seat.

This is our login section where there are multiple access systems. One is for the
admin(teacher) panel and another is for the student panel. In the admin panel
logging in successfully, the teacher can have some important parts like-admin
dashboard,admission,add student,student fees,add notice,view notice.
After logging in to the teacher panel, this is our admin dashboard section.

This is our admission section where teachers can see whose students have applied
for the seat.
This is our add student section where the teacher adds our students to those who
are applying for the seat.

After adding students by admin/teacher, admin can see the information in the
database. Now if we want to edit the data information we just click on the update
option and then we edit the page. And find the final output.
Update information of students which are confirmed for seats.

Now it is updated successfully. If we want to delete the data we just click the
delete button to delete the data by admin.
This is our student fees section where teachers can see whose students pay for their
hall fee.

This is our add notice section where teachers add some notice,submit it and
accumulate it on our notice board section. And this is all about our login section
for the teacher panel.
Now let’s go for the next login access system which is for the student panel. In this
panel students can see their fees notice, edit their meal menu list,see who are
qualified for the seat.

This is our fees notices section where students can see their hall fee notice.

This is the qualified list where students can see whose students have confirmed
their seats successfully.
Now let’s see the edit section where students can edit their meal list and meal rate.

Edit options are given for the menu list.

You can edit the meal rate for the following month.
You can update the meal menu section by seeing the following screenshots.

That is all for our multiple login system for admin and student panel. Now let's
move on to the next part.

There are 2 parts in the about us section. One is the history details and another is
the provost details.

Now let's see our rules page.

This is the rules section of our website.

Now let's talk about our menu section where there are 3 parts. One is what kind of
meals are here everyday like breakfast,lunch and dinner.
This is the meal menu list of the hall.

And this is the meal rate per day and month. There are some rules and regulations
which should be followed by all hall students.

Now let's talk about the notice board section where all hall fees,joining of new
staff's notice will be provided via link.

Now let's talk about the e-payment system. Where students register for the
payment of hall.

This is our registration form for payment.
Last is the provost contact portion of our website where students can find the
details of their provost to contact her in time of need.

Result & Discussion

The resulting website will have the following features:


➢ Home page will provide a picture of the hall,details of the hall,provost
details and hall information.
➢ In the teacher panel, we can see the admission dashboard where we can see
whose people they apply for seats,adding student section,notice and student
fee. And in the student panel, students can edit the menu list, meal rate and
see their fees notice.
➢ We get history and provost details from our about us section.
➢ Rules and regulation will be provided in the rules section where a student
should follow these rules.
➢ We can see the details of meals,meal rate and rules maintained by the meal
system in the menu section.
➢ We can see the notice which is provided via link and see the images.
➢ We can see a registration form in the E-payment system where students
register for a hall fee.
➢ Contact information of hall information will be provided in the contact
section where students can see and contact.

Conclusion and Future work


In the E-payment system, as an account is required for confirmation of E-payment
you cannot have any confirmation message from this website. After deployment of
our website we need to work with our administration and principal for solving this
issue. We have also had a plan for betterment of website layout design and notice
board.
