I will call several students to guess the words.

C. Drag and Drop Activity

Before moving on, let us first have a group task

activity.

I will divide my class into two.

Please count off 1-2 (The class will count of 1-2)

The class should be divided by 2 groups.

Instruction:

1)1 sheet of blank paper (Students will listen attentively)

2) Write a nine digit of your choice on the paper and
immediately turn it over on your desk. When I say
“go,” each group must work together to place either
in least to greatest and greatest to least order.
3) Each team then passes its number to another
group, and the teams must work again to order
themselves correctly.

D. Analysis

I will gather the work of my pupils and I will check if

each group got the correct answer.

Group 1 you can now present your output (Group 1 will present their output)

Job well done group 1. You’ve got all the correct

answers.

Clap your hands for them.

Let’s proceed to the last group (Group 2 will present their output)

I am so glad that all of the group got the correct

answers. It seems that you really understand the
lesson.

E. Abstraction

And if you notice class, those things have something

to deal with our main topic today, because what you
have done there and share something were basically
Ascending and Descending Order.

Now, let us start our discussion. (The students will listen attentively)

When ordering numbers, we arrange them from

largest to smallest or from largest to smallest.
Ascending order means to arrange the given number
from smallest numbers to highest number

Example: 275, 725, 527, 257

Solution: 257, 275, 527, 725

Descending order means to arrange the given

numbers from highest to smallest number

Example: 152, 521, 215, 512

Solution: 521, 512, 215, 152

Any question or clarifications regarding the topic? None, Ma’am

That’s good to hear class.

F. Application

Since we are done discussing about Ascending and

Descending Order. Get your paper and accomplish
the given activity.

Let’s Draw!

Direction: Draw a colorful model of Ascending to

Descending Order by arranging the given set of
numbers. Make it Creative!

 145, 187, 168, 342, 246, 429, 627, 928,

Do you understand the activity? Yes, Ma’am

I will give you ten minutes to finish your task (The students will start doing their task)

Kindly submit it to me when your finish.

IV. Evaluation

Direction: Arrange the set of integers to ascending and descending order.

Ascending order Descending order

1. 345, 195, 37, 489, 450 =
