First Response To Nimit Satpute
We acknowledge receipt of your notice dated 03rd June, 2024, regarding your Full and Final
Settlement (F&F) and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matters raised.
1. With respect to your concern regarding compensation breakup, please refer to your Appointment
Letter, which clearly specifies the structure of your salary, including fixed and variable components.
2. With respect to your submissions regarding the reason assigned for resignation, it is
acknowledged that you resigned on 7th August 2023. However, it should be noted that your
resignation occurred after the company expressed dissatisfaction with your performance and were
also guilty of subordination at workplace. Your cited reasons were not the primary factors leading
to your resignation.
3. Regarding your email dated 19/12/2023, we would like to inform you that the company has
neither promised nor included a bonus in the offer email or the Appointment Letter. Therefore, the
claim for a bonus amount is not supported by any official documentation.
4. Regarding the F&F Calculation, we would like to once again inform you that the Full and Final
settlement amount of Rs. 83,975/- offered by the company is final. You are not entitled to any
additional amounts beyond what has been offered.
5. Regarding the allegations of Unethical Practices, the company categorically denies any unethical
or illegal methods as alleged. Your demand for Rs. 4,02,631/- is not justified.
6. The proposal for a personal meeting was intended to resolve your concerns amicably. Your refusal
to meet suggests a reluctance to resolve the issue constructively.
7. As you declined the personal meeting, the company has no other means to address your concerns
effectively through email correspondence alone.
8. As stated earlier, your refusal to meet in person has left us with limited options to address your
concerns further.
9. As far as the company's decision to hire new employees is concerned, it reflects company’s
capacity to manage resources and make timely payments, contradicting your claims of financial
incapability.

10. The company denies any harassment or failure to pay salaries on time due to financial
incapability. Delays, if any, were related to performance issues.
11. The company reiterates that it is not liable to pay any additional amounts beyond the offered
F&F settlement. Your demand of INR 4,02,631 is unsubstantiated.
Regarding your intent to avoid legal action, the company shares the same sentiment and
prefers to resolve matters amicably. However, your refusal to attend a personal meeting has
impeded the resolution process.
Should you choose to initiate legal proceedings, please note that the company will defend its
position vigorously at your costs & consequences which you may take note of.
We remain open to resolving this matter amicably and reiterate our invitation for a personal
meeting to address any outstanding issues.
