Host: Good morning, everyone. What a day to celebrate life; because today, God has given us
another day to live. Sabi pa nga, each morning we are born again. What we do today is what
matters most. Let’s make this day a good start for all of us by participating in this sensitive yet
essential topic to discuss so we can open our hearts and minds about the importance of Breaking
the Silence, because Mental Health Matters.

So before we start, We would like to show you first the advocacy video of our very own Co-
Chairperson of this project, the MS. UNIVERSE TACLOBAN 1ST RUNNER UP,
MARGARETTE NICOLE ODIVER.

Host: Thank you, Ms. Odiver for that inspiring message. May you touch more souls by
continuing to advocate for mental health awareness.

Now, are we all ready to break the stigma?

First, I would like to introduce our first speaker.


She is a Psychology Major at Asian Development Foundation College •A youth leader of
Philippines Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Tacloban Youth Volunteers
Movement, and 4-H Club Tacloban •Currently the Miss Universe Philippines, 3rd runner up
advocating for youth empowerment and mental health awareness.

Let us all welcome, Ms. Jialyn Moanna Marie Castila.

Host: Thank you for that insightful presentation, Ms. Castila. I hope our participants took your

Pick, Speak, Act-


There must be 5 members each team
Everyone must pick a rolled note from the jar.
They are required to read the written letter to the person next to them.
After that, each team will be given an egg and will have 2 minutes to talk about their strategy on
how are they going to pass the egg using a cardboard without breaking it.
We are encouraging our participants to have social connections. Be part of the society, and
realize that you are never alone in breaking the stigma.
