Competitive Examination, 2019 & 2020: Declaration of result for evaluation of APARs –
regarding

Staff Selection Commission conducted Part I (Paper-I Descriptive & Paper II Computer
Based Examination) of Junior Secretariat Assistant/ Lower Division Grade Limited
Departmental Competitive Examination 2019 & 2020 on 09.02.2024 for the following
Services/Cadres:-

I. Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service, Ministry of Railways;


II. Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service (AFHQ);
III. Central Vigilance Commission;
IV. M/o External Affairs (Cadre Cell);
V. Central Passport Organization, M/o External Affairs;
VI. Central Administrative Tribunal

2. As per the Scheme of the Examination, the examination consisted of two Parts- Part- I
comprising of Paper-I (Descriptive), Paper-II (Computer Based Examination) and Part-II
(Evaluation of service records).

3. The result of Paper II of Part I of the said exam was declared on 15.03.2024 wherein 340
candidates (165 for the year 2019, and 175 for the year 2020) were shortlisted for evaluation of
Paper-I.

4. Based on the performance in Paper- I of the examination, 335 candidates (163- for the
year 2019, and 172 for the year 2020) are shortlisted for the next stage of the examination i.e.
Part-II (evaluation of record of service (APARs)).
5. Minimum qualifying marks criteria of Paper I fixed by the commission is as under:-

7. The list of the candidates is purely provisional and subject to their fulfilling all the
eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective posts in the Notice of the Examination.

8. Marks of the shortlisted / not-shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the website


of the Commission shortly.
