Why is my parcel "in transist" for

weeks?

If your parcel is shipped out from

China factory, it may take days or

weeks to ship from China to your

country, especially for shippping by

sea. The tracking status would stay

"in transist" and would not be

updated until the parcel is finished

custom clearence and is passed to

the local delivery.

Due to the new outport and import

procedures of China and your

country as well as the global crisis,

covid-19, the custom of each

country may process the clearence

very slowly, which has eventually

resulted in massive delays to all

shipping and made the shipping

time unstable.

How do I get a tracking number?

You are only able to track your order

if you have received your tracking

number via email. If you do not yet

have a tracking number you will not

be able to track your shipment.

Once you order has shipped it can

take a few business days for the

shipping agent to provide us with a

tracking number for the shipment.

Once we receive your tracking

number from the shipping agent we

update it in our system and send

you an email. You will receive an

email which your tracking number

which you can then use to track your

package here.

If you try to track your shipment

before you have received this email

nothing will appear since there is no

tracking number available for your

order at this time.
