WORK RELA

A work relationship is a relationship between a person and a legal employer


It provides the context in which a person's assignments exist and enterprise and legal employer service is calculated
All work relationships must contain at least one assignment.
Assignment work measure holds the work measure details
Assignment Supervisor holds the managerial details

Work Relationship Column descriptions:

Legal Employer Name The employee's legal employer
Hire Date Hire/Start Date of the employee
Legal Employer Seniority Date Original Date of Hire
Enterprise Seniority Date Adjusted Service date
Notified Termination Date Date of termination of employee noted
Rehire Recommendation Accpets values Y for Yes and N for No if the person is recommended for
Rehire Comments Comments if any during rehire
Actual Termination Date Actual date of termination of employment. Passed during termination
Primary Flag Yes or No based on whether the employment period is considered prim
