Process of Self-exploration, Self-investigation:

1. It is a process of dialogue – between me and you, to begin with. It soon becomes a dialogue
within your own self
2. It is a process of dialog between what I am and my Natural Acceptance or what I really
want to be
3. It is a process of Self-exploration, Self-investigation à Self-evolution
4. It is a process of knowing oneself and through the self, knowing
Nature and the entire existence
5. It is a process of recognizing one's relationship with every unit in
nature/existence; and fulfilling that relationship
6. It is a process of knowing Human Conduct and living according to it
7. It is a process of living in harmony in oneself, living in harmony with
others…living in harmony with entire existence

Natural Acceptance:
1. Natural Acceptance does not change with time.
2. It does not depend on the place
3. It does not depend on our beliefs or past conditionings
4. This Natural Acceptance is ‘constantly there’, something we can refer to
5. Natural Acceptance is the same for all of us: it is part and parcel of every
6. human being, it is part of humanness.
7. We can refer Natural Acceptance, access it to know what is right for us. We
8. only have to start referring to it.

1. Desire/Goal (Aim, Objective, Purpose):

What is my (human) Desire/Goal?
(What do I really want in life, or what is the goal of human life?)
2. Program:
What is my (human) program for fulfilling the Goal/ Desire?
(How to fulfill it? What is the program to actualize the above?)
Process of Self-exploration:
Whatever is said is a PROPOSAL.

The PROPOSAL is to be EXPLORED within oneself:
a) On the basis of one’s own Natural Acceptance (The student is
NOT expected to ASSUME it to be true)
b) On the basis of one’s own VERIFICATION in living
This is a natural process of self verification and experiential validation that leads to understanding
1. It is not a process of assuming things (Do’s & Don’ts) as given

2. It is not a process of assuming things written in books
3. It is not a process of assuming things said by others
4. It is not a process of assuming things based on readings from instruments

 Whatever is said is a Proposal (Do not accept it to be true) Verify it on your own right
