ACADEMIC YEAR
As the language of instruction at the schools offering scholarships is English, the form should normally be
completed in English. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend the Challenge Day. The
Challenge Day is mandatory and there would be another shortlisting to sit for an aptitude test and
interview sessions. Read the following instructions carefully.
Applicants must complete Sections A to C (English), their parents/guardians should complete Section D
(English or Tetum), and the school’s principal/teacher must complete Section E.
The following required documents must be attached to this application for submission:
1. At least two latest trimester reports. For example, third year/12th grade school
reports (1st & 2nd-trimester reports) signed by your designated teacher, co-signed
by your parent/s, and stamped with your school seal.
2. One copy of RDTL Certificate
3. Two references* with contact details: email address and phone number.
● One academic reference from school
● One reference from either community service or volunteer group
