Concur
For importing data from Concur, a proper setup of a Partner Application is required by your
web administrator. Ask your web admin to create a new partner application named SAP
Analytics Cloud, record the consumer key and secret, and to enable the following APIs:
• Attendee List
• Expense Configuration
• Expense Report
• Itinerary
• List Items
• Users
1. Log into Concur as web admin and navigate to Administration > Company > Web
Services

3. Click on New to register a new partner application

NOTE: You don’t need to copy or save the Key/Secret right now, it will be available to
display/modify later as well.
5. Click on OK
6. In SAP Analytics Cloud go to Connection page to add connection click on + >
Import Data Connection > Concur

7. Enter the required connection information:
• Connection Name: Preferred Connection name
• Description: Optional description of the connection
• Service URL: Filled automatically
• Key: Navigate to your SAP Analytics Cloud partner application in Concur
and copy paste the Key
• Secret: Navigate to your SAP Analytics Cloud partner application in Concur
and copy paste the Secret

8. Click Create
9. Enter your Concur credentials in the popup window and click the Sign in button

11. The new connection is added to the list of connections on the Connections screen
12. You can use the recently created Concur Connection to create a model in Menu >
Modeler
